The vehicle of any owner or occupier of a Lot must only be parked in the car space or spaces forming part of that Lot. 2. Garbage- (a)must ensure that before garbage, recyclable material or waste is placed in the receptacles it is, in the case of garbage, securely wrapped or, in the case of tins or other containers, completely drained or, in the case of recyclable material or waste, separated and prepared in accordance with the applicable recycling guidelines, and for the purpose of having the garbage, recyclable material or waste collected, must place the receptacles within an area designated for that purpose by the owners corporation and at a time not more than 12 hours before the time at which garbage, recyclable material or waste is normally collected, and when the garbage, recyclable material or waste has been collected, must promptly return the receptacles to the lot or other area referred to in paragraph (a), and must not place any thing in the receptacles of the owner or occupier of any other lot except with the permission of that owner or occupier. 3. Pets- If an owner or occupier of a lot keep a cat, small dog or small caged bird on the lot then the owner or occupier must: keep the animal within the lot, and carry the animal when it is on the common property, and take such action as may be necessary to clean all areas of the lot or the common property that are soiled by the animal.

We had the best time staying here the apartment was incredibly quiet, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind. It was very well equipped and had all the little extras that made the stay feel comfortable and easy, which we really appreciated.The only small things to note were that the range hood light and fan weren’t working, and the middle light in the bathroom also wasn’t functioning. Aside from that, everything was lovely and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily come back again!

Great place to stay
This unit was great for our family. It had everything we needed, was clean and well located. We could walk across the road to the beach and the main town was a 10min walk. Would happily recommend the apartment to anyone.

Couches
Need better couches, chairs were very uncomfortable as well as the Koala couch, no support what so ever to watch tv at night time. Did move it to in front of tv was a little better, but for older demographic not good enough. Need better notifications on property arrival, only on small print in info, needs to be better where exactly to find it, on right hand wall with its name on it, I went through every one on the left before realising there are more on the other side, not ideal very stressful

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
