And to the south, the property also enjoys views of the majestic Hanging Rock Reserve, which is only a short drive down the road for great walking trails, wildlife, and picnic grounds. Rate is for 8 guests maximum. No couch surfers please.

House trained and well behaved pets allowed by prior arrangement ($25 per pet, max 2 pets). No heavy shedding breeds. Yard isn`t fully fenced so won`t suit all pets.

No parties, schoolies groups, 18th, 21st, hens, bucks, or other all-male groups.

50% initial payment due upon booking and 50% balance payment charged 14 days prior to arrival.

*Tax applied to the booking is the Victorian state government’s new Short Stay Levy, charged on Holiday Rental properties.
Children must be supervised at all times, as the dam is unfenced and in close proximity to the house. As such this property may not suit all families.
Leave the property clean on departure, close to the way you found it as is standard with most holiday rentals (dishes, benches, rubbish, etc).
Please respect neighbours - no parties, no music outside, no additional sound equipment (DJ, PA etc), no noise after 10pm.
Complaint calls from neighbours incurs fees and may result in eviction. After hours call outs due to avoidable incidents caused by guests incur fees.
Pets by prior request only ($25 pet fee). Guests responsible for any damage or clean-up, see Pet Policy in House Rules. Small house-trained pets only.
