Everything was really excellent. However, I would say that the plumbing needs some work. Very very low toilet and faucet pressure. That is the only thing I found to be a concern.

Townhouse was nice and quiet and everything worked properly. The neighborhood was very nice. Might have a little touching up to do on walls and bathroom cabinets otherwise really good. We enjoyed it.

Very comfortable and convenient!

The small town of Litchfield Park is great! Very clean, citrus trees everywhere, beautiful palm trees and walking distance to restaurants. The condo is exactly what we needed for my mom and I. The condo was well stocked with kitchen, bed, and bath necessities. Would stay here again

Clean and convenient!

The property was clean with plenty of towels, extra blankets and a good variety of dishes and utensils in the kitchen. Walking distance from restaurants as well as The Wigwam (we were in town for a wedding there) beautiful area and property!

Time in Litchfield AZ

The condo was just like it appeared and was in a nice neighborhood that had 3-4 restaurant/bars a block away. It was a walkable neighborhood w/a pond close by. It was easy to get to the ball parks.

Lovely Litchfield Park

The condo is located in an area within walking distance to great restaurants. The neighborhood is great for walking (we did so nearly every day). The unit was clean and the check-in was easy. With the keypad lock you didn’t have to worry about carrying around a key. We wee 15 minutes from the CLE balpark

Quick visit back home

This condo is in a great location - with a covered parking spot and right across from the pool. I was in town for a quick visit, my home was being rented so I wanted to give this area a try as I have always wanted to try it out here - it was just perfect for what I needed,. Owners were easy to get in touch with. Its a nice quiet place to stay. I will definitely let friends and family know about this condo if they are ever in need

Good location / very clean

We enjoyed our stay at this clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It has a great location in Litchfield Park. The only 2 negatives for us was that there was no light on outside when we checked in and it took us 15 minutes and a phone call to figure out how to get in. And we could hear the neighbor using the restroom in the middle of the night, every night. Our recommendation is that a motion light be installed for night time entrance. And provide several washcloths for showers and face washing.

Clean and well located

Alright, let's start with the most important thing. The place is CLEAN! Nicely updated, good beds, functional kitchen, covered parking is a nice perk too. Perfect for two people or a family with 1 kid.Secondly the location is great! Golf course 2 minutes down the road as well as Old Litchfield Park downtown. Small but nice one block long with good restaurants. Also multiple good restaurants and a Safeway close by. If you like BBQ do yourself a favor and go to Eric's on Indian School Rd. Best Brisket ever.Enjoy.

Arizona Trip

The Washer did not work and had to clean clothes elsewhere which was inconvenient. When discussing with property owner they stated that they knew about the problem and promised a discount. have not been contacted about said discount.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns. - We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered during your stay, and for the miscommunication. We were aware that the washing machine was not working, unfortunately, the part needed for its repair did not arrive in time to address the issue in time for your stay. The washer has since been repaired so future guests won't share the same experience. There was an oversight and we failed to make you aware of the situation. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered and hope that the measures taken by ourselves make up for the inconvenience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide you with the 5-star experience you truly deserve. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Litchfield Park Condo - Not Ideal

The code did not work to let us enter our rental. We called the Evolve contact, who picked up on the second time we tried to make contact (no response to the first voicemail we left twenty minutes prior). She provided a new access code and it worked. Whew! After a very long day of travel, crisis averted: we were in our rented unit, but still… waiting outside in the dark at midnight wondering how the issue was going to resolve was worrisome. Cleanliness was the biggest negative. Strands of hair littered the bathroom floor. (Gross!) A stained child's mattress was propped up in one of the bedroom closets. (Gross again!) The front porch furniture had not been dusted and the cushions were stained. Definitely not inviting. This was a truly odd one: the folded bath towels located in the bathroom closet were damp. Quite damp. We loaded them into the unit dryer and discovered the problem: the dryer was not producing much heat, just air. Wouldn’t the owner/cleaning crew have noticed this and managed the problem? More than 24 hours before leaving, we requested a one-hour checkout extension (as stipulated for such a request). We received no response from our Evolve contact. We’ve stayed in a number of vacation rentals over the years and this one is definitely off the mark. Hopefully the owner and management company can turn things around and make the rental successful. For now, it has work to do.
