Welcome to our 2BR/2BA lakeside luxury condo with amazing views of Lake Dillon and the mountains from the 6th floor of the Towers at Lakepoint. The bike trail is outside your back door! There is a hot tub, garage, elevator for easy access, and it's a short walk to Starbucks, 4 grocery stores (Natural Grocers, Safeway Supermarket, Whole Foods and Walmart), restaurants, bike rental stores and more. Frisco is centrally located for all your outdoor fun includinga fantastic marina with a fun outdoor restaurant! It’s a short drive (or free shuttle) to Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Vail, and Loveland. Retail Outlets, Nordic centers and tubing hills are nearby.

This condo in Frisco, Colorado, has unobstructed views of Lake Dillon and the mountains. Once inside, you can relax and enjoy the views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and patio. Cooking is a breeze with our high-end kitchen appliances, or enjoy one of the many great restaurants in the area.

The complex has a fabulous hot tub and a comfortable lounge area in the lobby. The building is well-secured by a coded keypad entry system. You will enjoy the convenience of being close to so many amazing mountain towns with great concerts, festivals, marinas, hiking, biking, and unique shops and restaurants..

The FREE Summit Stage Shuttle Bus stop is less than a block away. The bus will take you to all Summit County towns - Breckenridge, Copper andKeystone - as well as Downtown Frisco Main Street, the Silverthorne Outlets, the Dillon Marina, and other local attractions. Leave the driving to someone else!

Amazing stay

Our stay was absolutely phenomenal. Amy was a great communicator before, during, and at check out. This is a very spacious condo. I was there with myself, my teen daughter, her friend, and two toddlers. The location is perfect, close to shopping, restaurants and groceries. There were so many games and DVDs provided. The condo is equipped with anything and everything you would need. I was specifically impressed with how stocked the kitchen was. I love to cook and could not think of any tool that was not provided. I also loved having a garage. Even though it was spring, we got a decent amount of snow during our stay and it was nice to be able to get in and out in a garage. We will definitely be staying again

What a warm and cozy stay for my wife and I to enjoy our annual CO ski trip. The condo is as described, and the view is spectacular. Amy is a great host!

Amazing views!

Such a great location, easy to check in, the condo was super clean & cozy, great space for 4 people comfortably. Nice to have access to garage since we had 3 cars. Also the complex was quiet. Amy the host was wonderful to work with! Definitely would stay here again.

Great spot in Frisco

Love the location of this place. Easy to get to, centrally located. The apartment was clean and furnished nicely. Very comfortable and quiet. Would definitely book again!

We didn't want to leave

This property is exactly as represented. It is beautifully furnished, well located and has a spectacular view. The kitchen is very well equipped, with modern appliances. The living room furniture is soooo comfortable, and the small balcony is very pleasant. The garage is a real plus. We were able to store our ebikes and other stuff in there, and keep the car inside. We would definitely stay here again. Note: the master bed is HARD :)

Great location and amenities were just as described

We had a very enjoyable experience and a nice clean condo. My only frustration was the stove. Stove tops should be intuitive and this was not. Once we learned (by trial and error) it worked fine.

great central location, beautiful view

enjoyed our 2 family combined vaca in this frisco condo located with a beautiful view of lake dillon. located next to a lot of stores and restaurants and we were able to ski both copper and arapahoe basin located closeby. condo was roomy, clean and well furnished. having access to a garage was very helpful as it was snowing and cold overnight.

Very comfortable condo with an amazing view of Dillon lake and the mountains

Amy was great to work with. The condo has plenty of space for our family of 5. All newer appliances, washer dryer were very nice to have in condo. We highly recommend staying here, the location is convenient to grocery, Walmart, restaurants, private garage and shuttles. Above all else the view from the 6th floor was amazing!!!

This property is amazing!!!!

Our family enjoyed this property for our recent vacation to Frisco, Colorado. The view from the unit is incredible. The condo was very clean. It was fully stocked with the essentials to make it feel like home. The entire complex was very nice and the people living there were very friendly. It was so nice to be close to the recreational path. Working with the management team was great too. They even checked in with us once we arrived to see if we needed anything. Our family would love to stay here again.

Outstanding condo to rent!

We loved staying at this condo. There was wonderful furnishing (we appreciated the recliners) and it has a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. Amy is wonderful to work with and we enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Beautiful view and convenient location!

Comfortable seating and well-equipped kitchen. We found ourselves sitting in the chairs and just looking at the marvelous view! Was a bit too warm for us in spite of turning thermostat down, but was not uncomfortable. The hot tub needs cleaned, but it didn't keep us away! We skied Copper and the drive was fine and rental nearby. Amy was excellent to work with, and met all of our needs before and during our stay.

We moved to Denver, Colorado in 2011 from Virginia. I am originally from Wisconsin, and my husband grew up in New Mexico and California. We love living in Colorado. The skiing is amazing, and the weather is fantastic most of the time. Summers are full of adventures.

I walked into this condo and immediately knew it was "the one" I wanted! I am reminded of that moment every day I am here. I wake up, walk out of the bedroom and into the hallway to the most spectacular view imaginable! It is the best way to begin a day. In the winter, we are able to go skiing at one of many incredible ski resorts - Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, A-Basin, Vail, Beaver Creek, Loveland. It doesn't get any better. In the summer, we love to explore, bike, hike, and attend one of the many festivals in the surrounding areas. There are great restaurants everywhere, cute shops, and even outlet stores.

You can't beat the views, the nearby world-class ski resorts, and the plethora of other things to do in the area. Whether you head to the beach/marina, hiking, biking or festivals in the summer, or to the ski resorts, tubing center, ice scupltures, ice castles, snowmobile or cross country tracks in the winter; there is something for everyone! We are located just off I-70, with easy access to 6 different ski resorts within 15 to 30 minutes.
