Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. I really do appreciate it, especially the parts that point out where we missed the mark. I’m glad you found the pricing fair and the space comfortable overall. That said, I hear your concerns clearly, and a few of them shouldn’t have happened at all. The items you mentioned around supplies, dishware, and basic essentials… you’re right. Guests shouldn’t need to ask for those. That’s been addressed immediately. We’ve now restocked the unit properly and added a standard checklist to make sure every stay starts fully prepared. On the safety points, thank you for calling those out. The outlet by the single bed now has a safety cover installed, and the loose pot lights and towel bar have been fixed. Those are things I take seriously, especially with families in mind. Regarding the noise, I understand how that could affect your stay. It’s something I’m actively working on improving to make the space more comfortable going forward. As for the supplies being left upstairs, I can see how that wasn’t ideal after a long day. In hindsight, I should have made that easier for you. The home being on the market hasn’t changed our intention to provide a proper guest experience, but your feedback honestly highlighted gaps that needed attention. I appreciate you staying with us and for being straightforward. It helps more than you might think.
