Spacious parking lot could park for up to 8 cars and RV/Trailers. Just a short drive and easy access to Niagara's main attractions. Welcome to this unique farmhouse cottage. Kitchen is equipped for cooking with pots, a modern stove, oven, microwave, toaster, air fryer and spacious refrigerator. We provide a variety of high-quality cookware, utensils, and essential ingredients, ensuring you have everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. There is a powder room in the main floor.

The four bedrooms are all in the second floor and with two full bathrooms, 13 stairs from main to the second floor.

The attic hosts a pool table, adding a touch of leisure and entertainment, along with a bar that invites you to unwind and create lasting memories with friends and family.

The basement has kids play area and one full bathroom.

The vast backyard unfolds into a recreational paradise. Step onto the patio for a spirited game of basketball, or venture through the fenced door to discover a refreshing swimming pool; The expansive backyard beckons with a delightful kids' slide, ensuring endless fun for families.
