NOTE: There are stairs leading down to the property from the top level parking area (1 car space), while there is extra parking off the rear laneway (1 car space).

There is a small rear unfenced yard - pets accepted with pet fee of $100 and approval.

The walk to the beach is down the hill on Copacabana Drive, or a flatter walk via the rear laneway - which is a single lane concreted drive.

Please note the house is in a secure and quiet position - there are steps to navigate from either parking area. It is not suited to elderly or mobility impaired guests.
