Peaceful North SA Retreat with Patio, Games & Community Pool

Welcome to your peaceful North San Antonio getaway — a comfortable 1,700 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and room for up to 7 guests. With a spacious covered patio, games and access to neighborhood amenities, it’s a great choice for families, small groups and longer stays.

**SLEEPING & COMFORT**

The home accommodates up to 7 guests with the following sleeping arrangements:

• Primary bedroom — King bed
• Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 — Double bed + Twin bed
• Folding bed available for one additional guest

Inside, you’ll find an open layout with high ceilings, skylights and plenty of natural light. The primary bedroom and living room both have Smart TVs with Netflix and cable. You’ll also have fast Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, a wood-burning fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and a drip coffee maker. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.

**GAMES & ENTERTAINMENT**

Enjoy a game of foosball or choose from a selection of board games when you’re spending time at home.

**COVERED PATIO & BACKYARD**

Step outside to a spacious covered patio surrounded by mature trees. It’s a comfortable spot for morning coffee, an afternoon BBQ, fire pit or a game of cornhole with the family.

**COMMUNITY AMENITIES**

Guests also have access to neighborhood amenities located a short walk from the home, including:

• Community swimming pool
• Basketball court
• Tennis court
• Family-friendly park

Please note that the swimming pool is a shared neighborhood amenity and is not located on the property. It is typically closed on Mondays for cleaning and pool hours, maintenance and unexpected closures are managed by the community.

**LOCATION**

The home is located in a quiet North San Antonio neighborhood surrounded by mature trees, giving the area a peaceful residential feel while keeping you conveniently connected to the city. Restaurants, shopping, groceries and everyday essentials are nearby with easy access to San Antonio International Airport, North Star Mall and the Medical Center.

Downtown, the River Walk, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, SeaWorld, the San Antonio Zoo and Botanical Garden are also within easy driving distance.

**PARKING & ACCESS**

You’ll have private access to the entire home, backyard and covered patio.
The garage provides private parking for up to 2 cars with additional street parking available nearby.

**A FEW THINGS TO KNOW**

• This is a 100% non-smoking home.
• High chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.

• Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.

• Guests have access to the neighborhood community pool located a short walk from the home. The pool is not private and is typically closed on Mondays for cleaning. Pool hours, maintenance and unexpected closures are managed by the community and are outside of my control.

• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.

• Check-in: 3 PM
• Check-out: 10 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.
