House located in the city center but in a very quiet street 100 m from the Loire. the entrance to the ground floor of 15 m2 in addition to the floor area allows you to park family bikes, two bikes are available for free for rides on the Loire track by bike.
There is a large interior courtyard to park your car safely; in this courtyard you will have a garden furniture and barbecue in summer.
The apartment is available all year round, heating will be payable in addition to the rental price outside the summer period.
