No access to resort amenities.

92 Blackfoot Trail distinguishes itself from other log homes in Teton Springs by offering only the highest end finishes and luxury furnishings, a private location at the end of Blackfoot Trail on the east side of the resort, a fantasic layout including a bunkroom/game room for the kids, and a large Jacuzzi Brand Hot Tub. The Gray Drake cabin was perfect for our stay near Jackson and Victor, Idaho. The arrival instructions were easy to follow, the home was meticulously clean, and it was easy access to Jackson (the Tetons) and to Yellowstone.We will be back very soon!! Thank You!

The homes setting in Teton Springs was beautiful, private and allowed for both play and relaxing on the deck mornings and evenings. Bonus July 4th fireworks show was a hit for all ages! Thank you for the memorable stay.PS - The property management team went above and beyond to provide foos balls when it was discovered they were missing! Much appreciated!

The house was beautiful and had just about every amenity we needed. There was a bonus of a horse stable across the street. The only downside was that a house next door, just a few feet away, is being constructed and the week we were there they were doing heavy excavating outside for several days, all day long. The constant sound of the machinery was very annoying and could be heard loudly even inside the house. Communicating with the property management company by text was easy and a huge plus.

Excellent Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was perfect! Communication prior to arrival was excellent. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean and all the needed essentials provided (TP, paper towels, garbage bags, soaps, food storage bags, coffee and even laundry detergent) The kitchen is well appointed with cookware and dishes. From the pictures I was worried there is no patio furniture but there is seating on the deck to enjoy morning coffee and nightly wine. Towels were plenty for our group. We liked that lotion is provided as well because it is dry in that region and our hands needed lotion. There is even bear spray provided in a cabinet (we also left our unused can there for the next guest) Unfortunately, Teton Pass was closed during our stay (no fault of the owners) so we had to take long way to Jackson. However, it opened up our last day so we drove it and were super impressed how close the cabin is to GTNP and Jackson when the pass is open. The neighborhood is very nice. You have views of horses which my kids loved to watch. You get beautiful sunrises and sunsets.My only complaint is that a home is being constructed next door which we were not made aware of. This wasn't an issue most days because we were gone off exploring and they had left by evening when we returned for dinner. Only time it bothered us was in the mornings when we tried to enjoy our coffee on the deck and some trash came into the front yard assuming from the construction team. But none of that ruined our stay. One thing to note is the main living is on a second floor and there is no elevator so if you have mobility issues, you would need to know before booking. We explored the little town of Victor and Driggs when we were there. Definitely eat at Knotty Pine in Victor and try the onion rings! Best we've ever had! The supermarket in Victor didn't have much of what we needed, so we chose Broumlins in Driggs for our grocery shopping.

Unsanitary

If there was one word to describe this location it would be unsanitary. Despite it being a beautiful cabin we encountered what appeared to be a fly infestation. We went out of our way to purchase fly traps – but even that did not suffice. The flies were so abundant in the bedrooms that prior to going to sleep 20+ minutes were spent using fly swatters and then removing said dead flies from our comforters. When we returned home and began to unpack, we couldn’t help but notice dead flies mixed in with our baggage. Don’t even get me started on attempting to cook with all the flies present (50+/day)… There were also used band aids in our bathroom, as well as crumbs and pubic hairs on our sheets (which they did change after we asked them to). Last but not least, there were mice present in the cabin. We saw one scurry underneath the fridge during day hours and witnessed several mice droppings throughout the cabin. Given the price for a night one would expect a standard degree of cleanliness. But they really fell short on this one. Would not recommend staying here in its current condition.

Great House

The house was just as described! Bathrooms in every bedroom, large open living room, and especially clean house. GPS directions are definitely wrong so follow the directions they provide when checking in. Nice quiet neighborhood to stay. We were visiting the Grand Tetons in September but this house may be an issue in the colder months since you have to go through the Teton Pass to get to Jackson Hole. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful!

Our family of 8 (5 adults, 3 kids ages 11-16) booked this house for our annual family vacation and it was perfect! The location and layout of the home were just what we wanted. Beautiful location in the Teton Springs resort area - on the golf course, convenient to Jackson, Yellowstone and only about 1 1/2 hours from Idaho Falls airport. Kids had fun having foosball tournaments, adults enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. We took advantage of horseback trail ride and local restaurants, but the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed utensil-wise for some home cooked meals too. The managment company was excellent at communication, always responsive but never intrusive. It was a memorable vacation and I would definitely stay there again!! Wish I could've just moved in permanently!!

Beautiful Cabin

We would definitely stay here again. Our party of 8 had plenty of room to spread out. The house was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was perfect and the powder room off the living area was so convenient. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras making cooking breakfasts and dinners extra tasty. C&C was so easy to work with and I highly recommend them.

The property is clean and the pictures are accurate. All the needed amenities are included with home and lots of extras abound. Communication is open with the hosts, but privacy is respected.
