Very centrally located to the national park and Grand Lake. The house was very comfortable and roomy. Could use some sturdier pillows on the beds. Communication with host was very good .

This house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for 2 households vacationing together or 1 large family. The kids took over the basement and had a blast with the air hockey table! We were thankful to have access to the garage for our watercraft. It is very close to Grand Lake, so we didn't spend a lot of time driving everywhere for our adventures. We also appreciated all the extras this house provided that not every VRBO provides like coffee and bathroom supplies.

Great Stay

The property was an absolute beauty to stay! It’s minutes away from the Rocky National Park which was just beautiful. Would recommend to anyone!

Cozy and spacious

We had a great stay, very clean and cozy environment for our family. Felt very spacious and the deck that surrounded three sides was great for our kids to run around. Right off the highway so really easy access. We would stay again.

Great Location and Stay

We had an excellent experience at the house. The check-in/out was simple, and it was easy to find. The bathrooms looked brand new and were very clean. There were plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, etc. for all seven of us. The house was close to both Grand Lake and Granby which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect house for a girls weekend! The rooms were beautiful and clean, with great bathrooms and a huge living room to hang out in. Everyone had their own space and loved it. The wraparound porch was also a plus. Check-in and out was a breeze, too.

Ice fishing

The house is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need to prepare food. Other than the house being cold when we first arrived (55 degrees),Everything was as expected and beyond. Quick access to the lake and other facilities made this a great choice for our yearly trip.

Our group of six active, outdoorsy married couples stayed here in late July 2026 and absolutely loved it. The home is very spacious, and the layout worked perfectly for all of us. One person had to work remotely, and the property made that easy. The location is great—very close to the lake and about 25 minutes from Grand Lake. The decor, atmosphere, and vibe were wonderful, and the carpet was unbelievably soft and fluffy. We appreciated the clear notice about the Stage 2 fire ban, even though it meant no firepit or grill use.One couple in our group has stayed at Evolve properties before and had another great experience here. As a group, we felt the price was appropriate, and we were grateful this rental didn’t charge an excessive cleaning fee, especially since guests help with cleaning per the agreement. We all agreed we would LOVE to stay here again and would happily rent from Evolve or from Cheryl, the owner.A few constructive suggestions: mattresses should be rotated regularly; more portable fans—especially upstairs—would help during summer heat since there’s no AC; the master shower head needs a good cleaning to improve water pressure; and all six of us felt the pillows on the three large beds were too soft and should be upgraded.Overall, a fantastic stay with great space, fair pricing, and a beautiful setting. We can’t wait to return.

Best vacation ever!

This house was amazing! Large rooms, plenty of space to spread out, great location, right across the street from the lake, all the conveniences of home were provided! Our grandchildren loved walking across the street to play in the water and everyone loved playing air hockey and hanging out on the large deck with amazing views! We would've loved to have been able to enjoy the firepit as well, but just not enough time. We hope to return sometime soon and enjoy that as well!

Grand Lake Wedding

We were in Grand Lake for a wedding over the weekend. The home was perfect for my family (myself and my husband, our two daughters and their husbands and 4 grandchildren, aged 2 to 8). Plenty of room and beds for everyone. The view from the living room was gorgeous and the kids loved the large, wrap around deck. We didnt do much cooking, but appeared to be stocked with everything you might need. Very close to restaurants and shops.

4th of July 2024!

Loved this amazing home in the mountains! Finding the correct address was a bit tricky, but the hosts were available immediately to help. Once we got in, we were in love. Newly renovated, extremely clean, toys and games for our kids (3 and 6) which they loved, easy checkin/checkout, detailed instructions in each room on where to locate any extra amenities, every toilette you could possibly need and (my personal favorite) a handwritten note from the hosts. The hosts were also knowledgeable about the local 4th of July celebration and went above and beyond to provide additional resources for our questions. Highly recommend this property, it was everything we needed in a vacation home :)

GRANBY Cabin

This cabin is very spacious and very clean! It's very close to the highway and just across from Lake Granby. Unfortunately, the listing shows that it is just outside of Columbine lake near grand Lake, which is not true. It's about 7 miles from grand Lake. Everything was, great for us except for the bunkbed in the third bedroom in the basement. It was very wobbly to the point where we didn't feel safe with our kids sleeping on it. It had multiple missing screws and if you just barely touched it, it moved very easily. This of course goofed everything up and we had to have kids sleeping on couches.
