Very clean property! In a perfect location. Small town that is very walkable. Host took good care of us and had the house stocked with essentials for us.

This was an extremely comfortable house. It had everything we needed and more! Communication with the host was efficient and timely. The area is really unique with walkable fun places to visit. I would highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

We stayed for the weekend for a lacrosse tournament at Calvert Park. The location of the house is perfect - walkable to restaurants and the water and close to the fields (20 mins). It was very clean, organized and the owner went out of her way to provide extras (sunblock, Gatorade, bug spray, beach towels etc) to make the stay easy and perfect. We would highly recommend staying at this property!

The cottage was extremely clean and fresh looking. The curb appeal and yard were excellent. The instructions from the host were on check in and operating the different house systems were clear and brief. She also had a lot of information on the town( restaurants, local events, shopping and more). Anytime we had a question Dawn was quick to reply and was most accommodating. If we are in the Charlestown area again we would stay in a heart beat.

Maryland

This was our 2nd time staying at this beautiful home, I can't emphasize enough how clean and fresh this home is. Well kept, not to mention all the snacks and toiletries that was provided. Dawn is an excellent host, she responded very quickly to any questions we had. Our check in and check out process was so smooth thanks to Dawn. This home is truly the best I have ever stayed at. I strongly recommend this beautiful home. We will be visiting again next year!!

Great house and location!

Perfect location, 20 minutes from lacrosse tournament, walking distance to great restaurants, walking distance to awesome small parks/beach areas, and a playground!

This is listed as a "RARE FIND" & that listing is very much accurate! This was the best stay in a Vrbo I have ever had. The home is immaculate and very well stocked & maintained. The neighborhood is beautiful and walking distance from a bay of water where you can just sit and think. The home is big enough for a large family. My family appreciated everything about our weekend stay & have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS. We will for sure be back in the warmer months. The host Dawn and her husband are everything and keep the communication open for whatever you may need. Thank You North Bay Cottage!!!! Until next time 3

North Bay Cottage is awesome!

This was the perfect place for 2 moms and 2 teenagers. We were in the area for a lacrosse tournament. The house was so well stocked. Everything in the house is very comfortable. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and available for any questions. They even left us umbrellas upon our request. So kind! The location is perfect with some great views and fun, yummy restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this house.

Home away from home

We stayed at this beautiful home for my son’s graduation from the University of Delaware. Upon arrival, there were beautiful flowers and some goodies for the graduate from Dawn. The house was fully furnished with lots of amenities. We ate dinner at the Wellwood which was in walking distance. Dawn was very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again if we are back in town.

This was a great home for us this past weekend. From the time we walked in to the extra time we were allowed, Dawn was amazing. The house was CLEAN and stocked with goodies for the family. All in the details

Was by far the best place we have stayed that added just a little extra. Water and Gatorade in the fridge, snacks, toiletries we felt welcome and taken care of! The bed was also super comfortable.

Home for Lacrosse Tourneys

This home was the ideal solution to needing a place to sleep and relax and spend some down time between a lacrosse tournament in Wilmington, as well as feed our hungry athletes and do their laundry on play days. Parents were able to catch up on work comfortably with speedy WiFi, and we thoroughly enjoyed the local beach and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again!

House was gorgeous, clean and stocked with more necessities than I've ever seen in any others I've stayed. Gorgeous location and friendly neighborhood. Will definitely use again in the future!!! 🙂

Best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at!

The owners were amazing, answered any questions we had. They were so helpful. The house was so clean and had so many amenities. They thought of everything and went above and beyond with top of the line finishes to the home. Charlestown is such a cute little town as well. We felt so safe staying there and loved the short walk to the water.

Best Ever

This pristine home seemed either newly remodeled or very well taken care of. This place receives 5 out of 5 stars in all categories. (Cleanliness, functionality, guest services, neighborhood, etc.) Dawn, our property manager provided excellent communication from the moment we booked the place a couple of months ago to the time we checked out. Two cousins and I met halfway for a girls weekend away and had the best time in Charlestown. Dawn was an incredibly welcoming host, and the house was perfect in every way. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful it is and how spacious. It was also spotlessly clean and equipped with so many nice touches, such as toiletries, coffee, drinks, snacks, and condiments. It's in a great location - walking distance to several restaurants, the waterfront, and a short drive to the cute town of North East with its shops and restaurants.We hope to be back soon!

Best of the best!!

House has recently been recently renovated and is beautiful and very comfortable!! Owners have gone above and beyond to make you comfortable. Definitely a rebook for me!! Convenient location as well, convenience store and restaurant walking distance. Live music at the restaurant certain nights. I’m amazed how they got those comfortable beds upstairs!!

The place was exactly as pictured - clean, bright, open, and in the perfect location for what we needed for the weekend. The owners thought of, and literally provided for, every little detail of our stay: Gatorade and bottled water in the fridge; snacks, sunscreen, and bug spray; coffee, sugar, condiments for our meals; to even the fragrance-free detergent in the laundry room! The lovely place had any and every tiny, and not so tiny, amenity that you could think of, which was such a lovely way to start the weekend! The house was in a quiet neighborhood very close to the water, and also very close to the Wellwood Restaurant, which turned out to be one of the best meals we had all weekend! Dawn, the owner, was very communicative and reached out to ensure we would be able to get into the place easily. She was also very understanding, and flexible, about our checking in/out schedule when our plans changed. The house, and the owner, made the stay quite lovely, and we look forward to staying there again very soon!
