Thank you for your feedback, Dave! We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We want to clarify that a full breakdown of all fees is provided at the time of booking, including the separate Vrbo service fee. We strive for complete transparency, and we ensure that there are no hidden charges. Check in and out times are also included within the listing prior to booking. Rates are based on the time of year. Your original dates were outside of peak season so they were lower than the new dates you changed to during the peak season. We also appreciate your comments about the range and the dishwasher, and we will look into both issues to ensure they’re addressed.
