This spacious beach house is fully equipped with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and memorable. You can kick back and relax on the deck, play pool, table tennis, or darts in the rear shed's TV games room, or enjoy the fresh sea breeze and the company of your loved ones around the firepit.

Explore the stunning nature walks and coastal beaches nearby, or visit one of the local farm gates for some fresh produce. In the evening, indulge in a wine tasting or fine dining at one of the region's acclaimed wineries or cellar doors.

Please note that the outdoor dining area can seat up to 10 guests. The rear games room shed has a pool table, table tennis, dart board, fridge, TV, and seating for 4. There is a split heating and cooling system in the 2nd living room, and the bedrooms are fitted with an electric panel, oil heater, and free-standing fans. The private rear garden is fully equipped with a Weber barbecue, and the kitchen includes a blender, slow cooker, mix master, electric fry pan, waffle maker, and basic essential cooking items. Additionally, there is wifi and an office desk and chair are available in the rear bedroom. The front and back gardens are spacious and neat.

Direct arrival access is available; bookings will receive the access information on the day of arrival.
Small and quiet pets are welcome; the yard is fully fenced, and pets are subject to approval. A pet levy applies.
Parties, large gatherings, events or schoolies are prohibited from the property.
A refundable security bond is required.
As part of our terms and conditions, an online Guest Registration form must be completed with a signature and a valid driver's licence.
