This information is typically provided via email, and their customer service number is also easily accessible online or through your reservation details.Linens & Sheets: All beds are provided with properly fitted sheets, and the home was fully inspected prior to your arrival. We’ve confirmed that everything was in place according to our standards.Special Requests & Linen Access: A guest binder is available in the home with contact information for the cleaning company should you need additional linens or have special requests. To our knowledge, no such request was received during your stay, and access to the lending closets is managed upon request.Comfort & Amenities: This home is designed to be comfortable for families and offers a wide range of amenities.Power & Climate Note: Due to recent high heat indexes, local electric companies may lock the power grids to prevent outages.
