Welcome to Moonstruck Beach House, a stunning oceanfront retreat that was beautifully remodeled in 2019 to offer every luxury you could wish for. Perched on a cliff overlooking the Pacific, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath home boasts breathtaking panoramic views that will keep you coming back year after year.



Multiple decks, including a wind-screened hot tub, take full advantage of the home's incredible cliff-top location, providing uninterrupted views of the ocean. Inside, the scenery continues to captivate, with large view windows in every west-facing room that fill the home with natural light and the sights of the Pacific.



The second-floor living room is the perfect hangout for whale watching, complete with easy access to a large deck where you can enjoy the fresh ocean air. The dining area, surrounded by windows on two sides, ensures you can soak in the views even while sharing a meal. The open-layout kitchen features luxurious stainless steel appliances, making it a dream for cooking and gathering with loved ones.



On the same floor, you'll find two ocean-view queen bedrooms as well as a master suite, which includes a full bath, skylights, a cozy sitting area, and private deck access. Downstairs, the home offers another queen bedroom, a bunk room, and a bonus room with a TV/DVD, queen sleeper sofa, and two twin beds—perfect for families and friends traveling together.

Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun, and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

House had plenty of beds and bathrooms. Front room was a bit cramped but we managed. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean. Beach access was close and easy. View was awesome and close to markets.

Great property with incredible beach and ocean views. It is a short walk to the most beautiful beach. Our family of 10 had a blast. The house was perfect for our size group. We hope to come back to Lincoln City some day and would love to stay at this property again.

The house was lovely. We had a very nice stay. It was really nice to be right on the beach and easy access to walk down to the beach very close.

Wonderful long weekend!

This is our second spring trip to this beach home. It works just right for the eight of us which includes four teenagers. love having the hot tub. The few questions we had were quickly addressed. The view from the house is wonderful and beach access close and easy. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and pans. My only cautionary note is that more than 10 people would be very tight. Plenty of beds, but the main dining table only seats 10 and the living room room is small. There is a table in living area downstairs if splitting the group works for you. We definitely plan on renting this lovely home again!

Beautiful home and view!!

We went for a family birthday party, so there were seven of us and so much room! The kitchen is great and so is the hot tub. A beautiful home. Nice and modern. We will go again sometime!

Great ocean property

Great location, easy access, to the beach and spectacular views of the ocean. Great living space. Very well set up and very clean. Has a small problem with one of the bathrooms but staff was very responsive

Moonstruck is a lovely house on a bluff overlooking the ocean. It is an easy 10 minute walk down to the beach. We wish the bushes in the backyard were trimmed lower because they block part of the view from the backyard and dining room. We were a party of 10 and the househad plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. for all of us. All you need to bring is food. The rooms were nice however the stairs going to the lower bedrooms was difficult for my 81 y/o sister to handle alone. The house has kid games for families. The chairs for the table definitely need to be replaced - vinyl is cracked and faded. The house was clean and there were plenty of fans to cool off since there is no air-conditioning. We wish the windows and doors had screens because the bugs enjoyed our company inside. The parking area can easily accommodate 4 cars and is is on the same level as the downstairs bedrooms. This made it easy to get my sister in and out of the car. The hot tub is awesome but the grounds around the tub and by the entrance to the house need simple weeding and clean-up. The stairs to the hot tub have wood rot and a nail sticks out. Several of the beds need upgrading - They were very uncomfortable. The backdoor to the deck is very hard to open and close and it is locked using a piece of wood. The linens and towels are very nice. My rating would be a solid 5 if simple maintenance issues like weeding, dings in the walls and rusted heating grates, etc. were done. It's a 4,

Easter Weekend

Our family of 12 stayed there over Easter weekend and had a wonderful time. The home is very well equipped with everything you would need for a large group. Our only complaint would be the 10 am checkout time. That would have been very hard for us but my husband and I stayed another night to make it easier on our family with kiddos.

Everything was great. It would have been good to have some instructions for the Nest thermostat or at least something that identified it so it was easy to google instructions. Also the slider out to the back deck is hard to open and close.

Best family time

The best place for a family gathering. My husband told our family he only wanted time spent for his remaining birthdays. Mind you he’s not that old however we have everything we need except for family time on a consistent basis. This was a beautiful gathering and a beautiful house. Great location. Amenities were perfect. Close to everything animal friendly. Was clean offered everything that we could have wanted and we all had a beautiful time.

Wow, what an amazing property! Located right on the ocean, it's beautifully maintained, is well-appointed with plenty of towels, silverware, dishes, and glasses (a larger frying pan would be a plus), and the views--unbelievable! And checkout process was the easiest we've had in the dozens of properties we've rented over the years. Yes we paid a lot because it was Labor Day weekend and there were many hidden fees, but it's magnificent and beautifully maintained in a great location!A couple of helpful hints for future travelers--1. If there's any to get a hold of the rules and regs before you sign, that would be helpful. I know properties don't usually do that. Ex. Pet friendly wasn't quite so friendly. Our two dogs are very well-behaved so nothing was an issue, but...2. We weren't delighted with the emphasis on missing towels, items, etc. We've rented other properties where they accused us of stealing towels and sheets and of course we had not (scams). This time we took videos and photos and counted everything when we got there and when we left. Having said all that, this is a fantastic property that we would rent again in a heart-beat.

The views are stunning! There are several “common areas” so different groups can be playing games or hanging out comfortably. The hosts were easy and quick to communicate with when needed. And it is a quick walk to the shoreline.

We loved our stay here. The view is incredible, and the access to the beach is only steps away. This made it so easy with 7 kids to walk to the beach multiple times a day. The kitchen is well stocked; better than any house we've ever rented. We do wish the grounds were taken better care of and the beds were more comfortable. However, these things would not keep us from renting here again.
