Samsung 60 inch Flatscreen TV(Spectrum cable) Our condo includes heated private pool for our guests, a Clubhouse oceanfront HEATED pool/deck, & heated pool across the street.
Early risers usually see dolphins playing from our balcony. Walk/drive to Marineland 1 mile, if you wish to visit or swim w/the Dolphins'!
With Championship golf courses nearby (Courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Gary Player) and practically empty beaches, Palm Coast is the best kept secret in Florida!
Combine the greatest golf in Florida with Awesome cycling/walking trails, THREE pools, a lovely clubhouse, and full access to the Intracoastal Waterway and day dock (& covered gazebo) for boating, water-skiing, fishing, crabbing or just dreaming.
Other FREE on-site activities: Tennis( Lighted), Pickleball, BasketBall Backboard, shuffleboard, horseshoes, frisbee, skimboarding, Surf-fishing (bring your Fishing pole) & Beach umbrella/chairs use are all FREE with your rental. BOATERS - nearby marina is VERY reasonable & you can drop guests off at our private dock on ICW. Or just enjoy relaxing in our private beach chairs w/ colorful beach umbrella. Walk/Drive One mile to enjoy MARINELAND or enjoy their 'no rocks' River to Sea Preserve public beach with free parking.

Family Vacation

This was our third trip to Palm Coast and second time in this unit. The views are incredible up and down the breach and communication with the owners is prompt and clear. We are already planning our next trip back.

Family Vacation

One of the best beach trips we have ever taken as a family with our three kids! The unit was absolutely beautiful and fully stocked, the area was quiet and peaceful, the balcony was AMAZING, and the quinna rocks were the coolest! Would absolutely come back!

Marie and Kevin were wonderful hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in their beautiful condo. We have rented through VRBO many times, but this time there was a problem with the VRBO payment link. We emailed, chatted online, and talked with four different VRBO customer service representatives and the link was never fixed. We contacted Marie and Kevin; they stepped in and made our confirmation happen. Because of them, we were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation. We hope to be back soon!

Luxury view with an affordable price

This condominium is a great location between Flagler Beach & Crescent Beach. The pools are amazing with one having a view of the ocean. The condominium is exceptionally clean with a spacious balcony that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The host is very detailed on instructions for the condominium and readily accessible if needed.

Great view condo with good location.

Great view from the 5th floor balcony. Short walk down a boardwalk to the coquina rock beach. Very cool rocks! Enjoyed our stay. Close to St. Augustine. Found very good close restaurants.

A great place with all the amenities

The condo was above our expectations. It was beautiful. The sites of the ocean was amazing. We even watched a rocket launch from the balcony it took off from Cape Canaveral.

Wonderful view and condo!

We had a lovely time at this condo. It was very clean; well equipped; quiet; and there was plenty to do in the area. We loved walk-in on the beach in the morning and waking up to the sunrise which you can view while still in bed! We will return!

Quiet and relaxing

My husband and I came to get away from it all. The place was just as described, very clean, very well kept. The VIEW was amazing! I loved being eye to eye with the pelicans as they flew by. I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet it was. Everyone was so friendly. We would definitely stay again next time we visit the area.

Looking for a house

We enjoyed the beachfront property. Although the weather did not agree we still had a very relaxing week. All amenities were included and we really didn’t have to think about a thing. The outside porch was wonderful!

We loved our stay here at Surf View. The views were absolutely fantastic. Everything was neat and clean and was just as described on Home Away. Plenty of room. Marie went to great lengths to leave instructions about everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location with a spectacular view. We were lucky to be there and witness a blood red moonrise. Getting in touch with the owner was easy, and she responded promptly.

Another great stay

Our second time here and will be back! Gorgeous view, clean and very well equipped, easy in and out from garage. Pool, beach and intracoastal waterway access makes you happy to stay put, but Palm Coast and St. Augustine close by. Marie a good communicator so you know what to expect. Great stay!

Great time!

Fantastic 180 degree view from the balcony! Because of the breeze, we spent a lot of time just relaxing on the balcony enjoying the view. The condo is great and away from the crowds. We will come back!

Lovely condo on the beach

We had a great time in this unique and beautifully located ocean front condo. It had all the amenities one would need to make your vacation a memorable one. And communication with Marie was easy, helpful, and always respectful. All in all we were very pleased, and would definitely come back for a future stay. 5 stars

Beach by the Coquina

One of the best properties where we have ever stayed. The host was great. St. Augustine and Daytona were only 20 or so miles away. Flagler beach is awesome too. The Coquina are interesting to observe on our walks on the beach. 2 thumbs way up for this property. We would come back and stay!

Palm Coast Condo

This condo is located perfectly on the Atlantic shore half way between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine FL. The ocean view is outstanding. The unit is well supplied. The property manager is very professional, friendly, and easy to work with.

Oceanfront Balcony w/3 Heated pools in a relatively unknown area - a world away from the tourist traps and 'party' hangouts of other Florida beach areas. 30 minutes to St.Augustine, from our door.
Gorgeous Golf Courses and exclusive communities (Hammock Beach)are our neighbors on one side; environmentally protected lands on the other!
We also love the art galleries & chic European atmosphere of nearby St. Augustine --- that is, whenever we can tear ourselves away from the Beach!!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

One of the last uncrowded 'true beaches' in Florida. We always walk & explore for hours - time just slips by because its so beautiful and pleasant. While biking (BYOB: bring your own Bike!) the trail or walking the beach, We've seen: peacocks,turtles, starfish, DOLPHINS, Florida bobcat (@Washington Oaks Park), Eagles and more. Not to mention shells, starfish, and crabs. And yet, I've Only seen 4 jellyfish, total! in 20 yrs. Another benefit: NO driving on the beach. (go to Daytona for that).
