House was exactly as advertised. It was a great stay and located about a 2 minute walk from the beach. Everyone enjoyed the pool, the beach and the location. Check in and check out were fast and efficient.

The house was very nice! It is a beautiful home and we were very pleased! We could look from the balcony and see the beach. It was expensive but you get what you pay for! No complaints

This home is lovely. It exceeded our expectations. The rooms are large and the entire home was immaculate. The pool was great and only steps away from the ocean without having to cross a road. Our family of 10 including 4 children had a great time.

Great hiuse

We had our family vacation with 10 of us. The spaces in the house are large and feel very relaxing. Never felt crowded even at the dining table. Although it was an easy walk to the beach; the pool was fantastic so everyone was happy! The kitchen was well stocked. Be prepared to buy laundry pods, dishwasher tablets and paper towels. There are also no Kleenex. A great vacation!

A great stay that is steps away from the beach in St. Augustine, FL. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Flagler College. the beach house was perfect and a very short distance from the amphitheater. Very spacious and great set up for our group of nine. We wish we had more time to use the amenities. Highly recommend!

Amazing Property

My family and I had an amazing time at Sweetwater. The location was great and the house was even better! We had 12 people stay at the house, and another 2 couples stay at a local hotel (but were over from sunrise to sunset). The house never felt crowded and was perfectly set up to host large gathering of people. I wish I had constructive feedback to share, but the reality is that everything was exactly as pictured and described. The property owner reached out a couple times during our stay, just to make sure everything was to out satisfaction. And... After our stay, I boneheadly mailed an Amazon package there by mistake. They notified me within an hour of delivery and then put it in the mail to me. Just incredible service at an amazing property. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

The place was beautiful! Very spacious and great location! They were very accommodating. Do read small print, the pool cost to heat. We had a great vacation and enjoyed the house.

The house is amazing and its location is perfect! It was easy to get to places we wanted to go to and the beach is a short walk. The beach was very private and not a lot of people which was awesome.

Everything about our stay was incredible! You can tell the owners really put a lot of work and effort into updating this house and you can tell it's high quality. They also responded very quickly to any messages or questions we had. Overall, it was the perfect stay for the adult cousins attending our family reunion. We would definitely stay here again! P.S. Bonus - Even all of the beds were super comfortable.

Wonderful Beach House!

This beach house is perfect! We had a large family vacation and it met all of our needs. Heated pool, spacious rooms, updated appliances, and a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be back to Sweetwater Sunrise!

Housekeeping does a fantastic job on this property! This house was as clean or cleaner than any VRBO we’ve stayed at. It is a great location to walk to the beach as well as local restaurants and coffee shop. The house had plenty of space for everyone on our family trip with adult children. We also loved having a good sized pool to enjoy.
