Welcome to your home away from home! Our tremendous 3-bedroom, 3-bath house is located in the renowned Power Ranch Community. The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests and provides access to community amenities and a great central location near the best attractions.

From the moment you arrive at this phenomenal property, youā€™ll marvel at the extensive community and the delightful atmosphere it provides. Once inside, youā€™ll discover an open floor plan with 1,800 square feet of living space.

The living is easy and comfortable in this fully furnished two-story retreat. It feels like home the moment you enter. Perfect for a family or as a holiday/golf retreat, this stylish home sleeps 6 adults. The home features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a spacious and fully equipped modern kitchen that flows through to the open dining area and living room. Guests can relax or entertain outside in the attractively landscaped yard that backs onto a green space.

House includes wireless internet, printer, cable TV, DVD player, Netflix and full size washer and dryer. You will LOVE the backyard! It is your own private oasis, complete with a large covered pergola area with plenty of seating for entertaining or just relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The area has a built in propane BBQ. There is also a large patio area with table and chairs which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying drinks or food by the pool while listening to music or the sound of the waterfall.

The private, large, heated pool is great for the kids to play in, pool volleyball, or even to swim laps as it is 30 feet in length. The entry to the pool boasts a lounge-shelf to sit and relax on ā€“ it also has a place for an umbrella. At night gather by the outdoor fire pit and count the stars.

You will have access to outstanding award winning Power Ranch Community facilities that are within walking distance of the home, where youā€™ll find volleyball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds, soccer fields, basketball courts, 2 catch and release ponds and 2 community pools. Hiking and biking along 26 miles of paved pathways.

Great Experience

This is a great sized home and the pool and backyard were awesome. The house was also equipped really well. Scott was great to deal with and we will be rented again.

Wonderful Property! - In Spite of Mother Nature.

Tough Start due to Mother Nature in Monsoon Season. That aside we really enjoyed this beautiful property! Owners Were Helpful and Good people to work with! We look forward to coming back in the future!

Great owners great home

We were renting this home for three weeks in enteren closing on one house and buying another. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with! The pool and backyard were beautiful and the neighborhood pools were great!

Fantastic Visit

Great property. Pool and outdoor amenities are the best features. The sectional seating in the great room is a bit uncomfortable especially for adults. Seating is low and soft. it would be nice to have one of the three commodes be at ADA height. Master bathroom rain forest shower head may need to be cleaned, water pressure is low. Others are great. But most of all, we enjoyed the property and plan to return next year. Scott and Kelley are great!

Nothing short of AMAZING!

We absolutely loved our stay. The neighborhood is great with a ton of trails to ride bikes on. We have two kids (5 & 8) and they loved the pool! It doesn't show in the pictures, but two of the bathrooms have bathtubs which is always good for the kids. The kitchen is well equiped for cooking and the owners are amazing to work with! Would absolutely stay again! The location is easy to get to shopping, golfing, restaurants, and the 202 to get around the city.

Awesome house and location

This house is excellent! We hunkered down for Christmas with COVID going on. We never stepped foot in a restaurant or a store the entire time and all because this house was so wonderful, we had no need! Kids swam every day - we cooked on the grill, hung out under the pergola. The beds are comfy and house is spacious that we never felt we were cramped at all. Kids loved the twin beds. Scott and Joanne are awesome hosts. If you need a place to get away with the family - you want to come here! PS - we did do carry out food - Vito's and Backyard Tacos were some of our favorites!

In Town for a Wedding

I booked this property for my family who was traveling from Michigan to attend my wedding. The location of the home was perfect and the heated pool was an added bonus for those traveling from a cold climate! The home was solidly appointed with all of the creature comforts needed to have a restful, enjoyable stay. My family definitely looks forward to staying in this home again when they visit Arizona. Thank you!

AMAZING!!!

I am a traveling RN and this has by far been the BEST property and experience I have had. The property offered so much more than what was advertised. Myself and my family had more than what we needed to feel at home, we literally could've shown up with just our clothes and wouldve been fully accommodated. My son practically lived in the pool and became a stronger swimmer because of it. The hosts were more than accommodating, extremely pleasant and friendly. I cant imagine visiting AZ again and not staying there!!! This home and overall experience will now be the comparison for all future travel plans/accommodations.

Amazing

My family needed a place to stay for two months while our house was being built. We found this perfect property in a great community. It has everything from a massive pool to a built in BBQ to excellent WiFi speed to work from home. The house was in excellent condition and the owners made sure we felt at home from day one. If you are in need of a week away or a long term stay...I would highly recommend this property.

Great Home Near Phoenix!

This is a relatively new home that's located convenient to both the Phoenix and Mesa airports. It's billed as 3 BR but actually has 4. The backyard is very nicely landscaped and includes multiple sitting areas and a heated pool. Everything worked and the house was nice and clean. We did a fair amount of cooking and the kitchen is the best equipped of any VRBO we've stayed in. Outside there's also a nice BBQ grill. The rental rate was definitely user friendly! We will definitely stay here again when we visit the Phoenix area!

Very nice property. Back yard and pool are beautiful.

We rented this property in April and it was our first time in Arizona. The house is lovely and the yard was in full bloom, beautiful flowering plants around the pool area. We enjoyed our time here so much that we hope to be back next year, for a longer stay. The owners are very easy to work with and we were very pleased with all aspects of this VRBO. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The property was perfection!!!

This property was incredible!! It was nively designed, super clean, and stocked with all the necessities and then some. The pool was amazing. It was difficult to drag our daughters out of it. They had so much fun!! The neighborhood is gorgeous and super close to many stores and restaurants. We honestly could not have asked for a better place. I used to be a property manager so I can be pretty picky when it comes to rentals but I have zero complaints about this one. We will definitely be back!!
