Great house and location
Comfortable home with plenty of space. Really love the location, close to shopping and the house backs up to the High Line Canal and Trail. Plenty of wildlife to enjoy. House includes the two car garage which came in handy in the winter.

Great rental
This home is very comfortable, providing all the amenities and equipment needed. The owners are very responsive.
The fenced yard and location are excellent, especially if you like to get out and walk/run/cycle or have a dog.

Great rental on canal trail
We loved staying at this house for two weeks. It was convenient to shopping and we loved having the canal trail right behind us. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We saw a fox on the trail one morning and another morning someone was riding a horse and leading two donkeys.

Great location!
Overall, a wonderful stay. The location and the relaxing nature of the backyard is the best part of this house. A few maintenance items needed replaced during our stay but the owners were very communicative and it was no problem. A few recommendations: there wasn’t enough towels or even toilet paper for our families stay. The guest bedroom mattresses were described more like a springboard than mattress. There is also a moth problem in and outside of the house that needs attention.
The house overall is beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for our little getaway.

Thank you for the kind words and the constructive feedback! Regarding the moths—that is late spring in Colorado, unfortunately. It is the annual Miller moth migration and they irritate us all (you can Google it!) but then they clear out. I'm sorry to hear about the towel situation: we will do an inventory to ensure it doesn't happen again in the future, and we will be replacing the mattress. As a longer-term rental, we typically stock enough supplies for the first several days, and I apologize that the calculated amount wasn't enough.

HELPFUL HOSTS ENHANCED OUR STAY
The home was spacious and well equipped, and the private back yard was a big hit with our grandchildren. There was a major, damaging snow storm during our stay (no electricity for two full days); our hosts were kind enough to bring extra blankets and flashlights around for us. Minimal issues were addressed promptly. Neighbors proved to be quite friendly and a regional biking and hiking trail was very accessible.

Cozy and Quiet Vacation
My family thoroughly enjoyed this cozy and spacious property, it had everythingwe needed! The neighborhood is so quaint and quiet and has wonderful access to the High Line Canal Trail and Ben Franklin Pool. Out kids absolutely loved it! The owners were extremely accommodating and so pleasant. We would definitely consider staying here again or recommending to friends and family who come into town.

Fantastic Stay!
This property and the property managers were absolutely perfect for us. The house is well maintained and the the response from Jennifer was quick and professional. Tucked into a beautiful neighborhood with a walking/hiking trail directly behind the house helped us feel secluded and accessible to outdoor nature. The backyard was a dream for our dog to romp and run to his hearts desire.

Awesome neighborhood and trails!
We had a nice stay at this property. The neighborhood is mature and absolutely lovely. The many trails behind the home is an added bonus. Denver just happened to have a hot spell while we were there and the air conditioner was not working but Jennifer and Conrad were very responsive and brought us over a fan to get us through the last couple of days. My only recommended would be to install a screen door on the backyard sliding door for the cooler days and night air.

We stayed at this property for a week in June. It was beautiful! The back yard was perfect for our dogs. It was better than their backyard at home! The house was wonderful and in a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed the trails behind the house.

As a first time VRBO user, I was nervous - needlessly! Everything turned out great. The house was the perfect size for our family. The location was exactly what we were looking for in attending a wedding at Red Rocks. The check in and check out was easy and flexible. We will definitely rent from Jennifer again!
