Ocean Front Two Bedroom with Spectacular View + Free Parking & WiFi

Located in Casa del Mar Phase II of the Cabo Real development, Tortuga 203 is a beautiful, beachfront two-bedroom condo with breathtaking views from a second story balcony.

The living room features sweeping ocean views, a comfortable seating area with a large TV, and plenty of dining space. Ocean view outdoor deck with five-burner propane grill, table and chairs.

Full size kitchen includes a refrigerator, 4-burner stove with large oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, juicer, mixer and blender and is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils and a full range of condiments. Separate laundry room with stacked washer/dryer and washing supplies included.

Main bedroom has a Queen size bed with sliding glass doors that open onto the ocean view balcony, and an en-suite bathroom.

Second Bedroom has two twin beds, desk, and is adjacent to the guest bathroom.

Both bedrooms and living room have TVs with Roku, ceiling fans, and AC units with individual temperature controls. Free WiFi in condo and at main pool area.

All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Housekeeping is scheduled for once a week and is available for additional days upon request.

The Tortuga building has an elevator, and a semi-private pool directly in front. There is ample free parking.

A few steps away is the main Phase II pool which includes a hot tub, a large palapa with an ice machine, sink and bathrooms, and a kiddie pool. All guests are invited to attend the 8:15 a.m. free water aerobics class M-SAT. A large firepit invites you and other guests to sit around in the evening.

The gated, secure Casa del Mar complex, is the jewel of Los Cabos; the only low density privately owned condo development on the Corridor. Phase II features four swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and its own gym. Direct access to the beach, lush tropical landscaping, and large beachfront fire pit. English speaking property manager on site. Security available 24/7. Friendly neighbors are willing to answer your questions and make you feel at home.

Lovely relaxing vacation

This condo has such a beautiful view of the ocean, pool and flowers everywhere!The unit is comfortable and well stocked. The property is very well maintained and the staff is so friendly and helpful.I definitely would stay here again!

The property was just like the pictures and Judy the owner was wonderful to work with.

The property was beautiful and all the pools were close and well maintained. There were always plenty of chairs around the pools and you didn't have to rush early in morning to get a good spot. The condo had everything you needed!

From the moment you walked through Judy's door it was breathtaking; The glass doors look right out onto the beach where you can see the ocean. The condo was great and had everything you needed to feel at home. The beds were soooo comfy and was wonderful to lay in bed and hear the waves crashing. The water was not swimmable at this time due to riptides so there were red flag warnings. Just down the road is Playa Palmillo which is a public beach. We went there and the snorkeling was amazing there. Zippers is a fun restaurant where you can watch the surfers; Not fancy but very good. Another great seafood place was in San Jose called Toros Guaya. Hard to find though. Cabo was also fun if you like craziness!! Judy's place was the best though. There are many pools to choose from and the grounds are absolutely beautiful and met so many nice people. We had the pools to ourselves alot of times. The main pool has a happy hour from 12-2 daily. Carlos and Hugo were a hoot. The time we spent was relaxing, luxurious and outright amazing. I would highly recommend it and would love to go back

Paradise!

First time in Cabo and came with my 2 grown daughters. We had the most amazing time. Judy’s condo is just as described. Very clean, has everything in it you could need and the view is to die for. Yiu have your choice of pools which are all beautiful and the ocean is literally just steps away. This is a very quiet property , not the party scene which is what we wanted, most days we were the only ones at the pool. Judy’s communication is excellent, had several questions before and after we arrived and she was always quick to get back to me. We will definitely be back to stay here again. Thank you Judy for sharing your beautiful condo.

Perfect Cabo Stay

A beautifully maintained condo property with stunning ocean views., half-way between San Lucas and San Jose. Good long beach walks, many, many whale and dolphin sightings. Easy walk to highway and great bus service in both directions. Shopping at Fresno was fun, with lots of help from Felix. Be sure to go to Pan de Bacco in the Koral Centre, just west of Fresno. Great, inexpensive food, lovely vibe. We liked San Lucas much better than Cabo, especially the walk along the Estuary and the great food at La Forchetta. Cabo Whle Watching was a great choice; small numbers, great guides,very good zodiacs. All in all, what’s not to like?

Beautiful view

The home is very well equipped. It has a terrace that looks directly to the sea and beach. The beach is beautiful and not busy. The living area is very comfortable

So very beautiful

Miles of untouched undeveloped beach. Some areas very wild with waves crashing on the beach. Clean too. Even downtown Cabo is clean...compared to places like Bali and Thailand. Highly recommend but keep that advice between you and me as we want to keep it this way!

Great location

This is our second time staying at casa Del Mar. The grounds are nicely maintained & friendly staff. The condo is comfortable, clean & has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped if you do want to cook. We rented a car as there is lots to see & do. Day trips to Todos Santo, East cape & San Jose Del Cabo etc. We did most of our swimming at Chillano Beach as there was a decent swell & it’s not easy to swim in front but there is always the pool. We did not want to leave could have spent another week.

We had a really nice stay at Tortuga 203. The condo was spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. Well appointed and comfortable, we had a great trip! Would definitely stay again.

Great place with amazing view!!

We had an amazing stay! The complex was extremely clean, well maintained and very quiet. The view of the ocean from the deck was just amazing. Have recommended your place to our friends and family! Will definitely be back!

Just as expected.

The condo was just as we expected it to be. The staff at the condos were so friendly and helpful. Any need we had they were there to help immediately. Judy made every effort to accommodate any need we had. Just wish I had known about the mosquitos as I am super prone to being bitten ~ so if that is you bring mosquito repellant with you. The grounds were immaculate. It was fun to walk to the different hotels for dinner. Our favorite was the Hilton with outstanding service and food! We enjoyed our daily beachwalks at sunrise and when it was time to come home we found it hard to leave.

Beautiful and spacious

Everything about the condo was functional and as promised. Communication was good, and the staff at the development was prepared for our arrival. It is a beautiful, quiet beach setting, and the grounds are very well cared for. This is the owner's personal unit, so it is not a bare-bones rental property.

We had a relaxing vacation in this beautifully decorated, well equipped, comfortable condo. The views from the balcony were amazing and we enjoyed having our meals there. Parking was convenient, staff was helpful and friendly. The heated pools were well-maintained and chaise lounges were always available. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and clean. We enjoyed several meals at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious, service attentive. The condo is conveniently located between the two cities of San Jose and Cabo San Lucas, a twenty minute ride in either direction. The large grocery store, Le Comer was a ten minute ride away. The owner was responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this condo.

Judy and her husband visited Los Cabos in 1991 and were so enchanted by the area, they purchased Tortuga 203 before it was even built. We love the Mexican culture and are avid art collectors so furnishing and designing the interior was a joyous experience. It soon became the favorite spot for our entire family. As Cabo began to develop, we realized that builders were no longer doing low density projects, only major hotels and we knew we had bought a little gem. We keep it in beautiful condition and rent it out when not in use by the family.

It's the kind of getaway that we all need...with enough activity to keep you fit and some of the finest restaurants in the world to keep you well fed. Sharing the 33 acre property with the boutique Casa del Mar Hotel, provides us with all the benefits of a restaurant, bar, gym and concierge yet allows us to live a kind of homey comfortable lifestyle not available in a hotel.
