✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, except for some storage areas.

✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual with all important details about the chalet, plus recommendations for activities and nearby shops.

*MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS*
The municipality requires the presentation of a signed rental agreement and valid ID from the person making the reservation. This person must be present on the premises during the stay.

*ELECTRIC MOTOR RENTAL*
The following are the rates for electric motor rental:
CAD $60 for 2-3 nights
CAD $90 for 4-7 nights
CAD $120 for 8-14 nights
(plus service fees and taxes)
Please note that the motor is located in the cottage and you will need to transport and install it on the boat. The motor weighs approximately 25 pounds and comes with a fairly heavy car battery.

*PETS*
Pets (dogs, cats, or others) are not accepted.

*ACCESSIBILITY*
The chalet is built on 3 levels. Stairs are required to access all sections of the chalet.

*NOISES*
Out of respect for our neighbors, parties are strictly forbidden. Please keep music and conversations at a reasonable volume, especially in the evening and outdoors.

*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is both an indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit available.

About the indoor fireplace: Guests must bring their own firewood, kindling, and lighter (as they tend to disapear). Firewood can be purchased nearby. We will provide you all the details in the Guest Manual.

About the outdoor fire pit: We provide de firewood, please bring your own kindling and lighter to start the fire. Also, note that it is not cleared in winter (Nov–April); guests must shovel access if they wish to use it, and outdoor chairs will not be available.

*SPA*
The spa is available year-round. Please bring your own towels for spa use.

*AIR CONDITIONING*
Please note that there is no air conditioning in the chalet. Fans are provided, and air circulation is good when the room doors are open.

*SOFA BED*
Please note that sleeping on the sofa beds is not permitted and no sheets are provided.
