Fully Renovated This is a Luxury Executive 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Penthouse.
Our kitchen features high end stainless steel appliances and a Keurig Coffee station with frothier.

The interior features a dedicated work station, faux shutter doors on the bedroom and bathroom for privacy, Ship lap accent walls, vaulted ceilings and nautical colors.

This 1 bedroom condo is considered to be very large by Key West Standards. 2 sets of Patio Doors opening on to the Balcony that provides a peek of the ocean, King Size Bed and a Queen Size Murphy Bed, Large well equipped Kitchen.

Our renovated bathroom features a "Couples walk in shower" (the shower heads both operate at the same time or individually.)

What a perfect spot with the most accommodating hosts. All available amenities in the condo were carefully thought out, even down to beach bags, towels and coolers.We will definitely be back!

This location and property was amazing. We are right on the water and within a mile or 2 of anything you would want to see. This condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We were very comfortable here and it was well worth the price. 5 stars all around!

The property was really nice. Great location very clean and had everything we needed ! Great overall experience, but there was some construction maintenance going on at the time of our stay, which was somewhat annoying.

Fantastic place. Owner is a great to work with. Very communicative and always responsive. Canā€™t wait to come back again. Place is very nice, property is immaculate. You canā€™t go wrong here. Very peaceful, beautiful spot for a getaway.

The condo was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need for making meals if you didn't want to go out. One thing I especially liked was that it had a lot of bath towels. I know that's a strange thing to like, but that's the kind of thing I pay attention to. The bed was so comfortable, both my husband and I remarked how nice it was after our first night there. The pool is a really good size and not crowded at all. Most days there wasn't any more than maybe eight other people there besides us.

This place was immaculate. Everything was clearly labeled, instructions were very clear. Very safe and secure as well. Anything you could possibly need is there. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with all your needs. The balcony was very inviting and you could see the ocean from it as well. The pool was amazing as well!! The decor was so cute with the theme of the island. Both mattresses were super comfortable as well. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend to anyone!! Great communication with the owner as well. Five star.

Great Condo

My adult daughter and I loved the separate bedroom and living area with Murphy bed. Both beds were great. The condo is super clean, has a nice pool, and was a perfect base to explore Key West. We had a car and appreciated the dedicated parking garage spot. The host was easy to work with. We would recommend this space.

Most impressive condo and grounds - heated pool and huge hot tub and very friendly people! This condo had the best information/directions (and even labeled lightswitches) of anywhere we have ever stayed!

Exceptional!

My husband and I had an exceptional stay! The decor was perfect. So much thought went into this unit. Everything was considered! The ocean view was wonderful. The amenities were fantastic (pool, hot tub, gym, close proximity to the beach). There were others that we didnā€™t have enough time to enjoy. Overall, Sherri was very responsive. We did not encounter any problems while there, only serenity and comfort. We have stayed at several properties and this one ranks high on our list!

We are Canadians and We LOVE to travel we've visited many different places over the last 18 years since we met..... Cuba, New Zealand, Korea, Spain, Germany, Holland, Ecuador, Scotland, Australia, New York, Florida, California, and Maine, and a 45 night road trip from Nova Scotia Canada to Alaska, USA and back. A 47 night adventure in South Africa, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia which included a 22 day motorcycle adventure and several safari's. We have also visited a number of places in our own country, Vancouver, Toronto, Niagara Falls, Montreal, Quebec City, PEI, Newfoundland, etc. It is always our preference to stay in a privately owned condo or cottage when the opportunity is available. We enjoy being able to have our coffee in the morning, having a fridge on hand for beverages and snacks and most importantly a comfortable spot to relax at the end of each day!

I have been traveling to KW for 39 + years. When we had an opportunity to view this condo we fell in LOVE! The large spacious layout is perfect for our extended stays. Allowing space for a dedicated work station for me. Being located on the Atlantic side of the island this is one of my favorite places to ride my bike with the wide bicycle paths that skirt the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. It is very relaxing and less congested than Old Town, the grounds are beautiful and we very much enjoy the pool, hot tub and natural beach area... this is our happy place.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Our home offers high end finishes including a deducated work area, gourmet chef's kitchen, spa like bathroom. High quality linens, memory foam mattresses, the grounds are amazing, Olympic sized pool, hot tub, private natural beach area and sauna are all highlights and if you want to 'play' at the beach Smathers Beach is just around the corner and offers you many options. We include 2 Adult Bikes, so you can see and feel the island like a local. You are never far from anywhere or anything. We prefer to use the bikes as our main mode of transportation when in Key West it is the slower pace that allows you to truly relax and take in all of the little wonders..... and there are no parking hassles.
