4 spacious bedrooms (all with heating), 2.5 bathrooms, two living areas & open plan kitchen & dining, Nan’s House can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

In the mornings, you are spoilt for choice on where to sit back & relax with your cup of tea of coffee. The sunroom offers a nice quiet space for you to gather your thoughts, or if you must tap into work, make use of work desk and free WIFI all at your disposal.

Whilst the kitchen may not be huge, you can still cook up a storm. It is very well equipped with appliances for nearly any meal; Slow Cooker, Rice Cooker, Air Fryer, Sandwich press plus pots and pans. Even a hand mixer and cake tins so you can bake a cake just like Nan did.

Enjoy a barbie out the back patio while the kids run around in the large, private and fenced yard.

Take the easy 20min drive to the Mt Buller Entry Gates where you can spend the day on the slopes enjoying skiing, boarding and snow play. Or head out to explore one of the many historic places within our beautiful region. With ample heating throughout the entire home, the cold Winter will stay outside when you get back to Nan’s.

In Summer, there is an abundance of places to keep cool. Delatite River, Goulburn River or Lake Eildon for some boating and swimming fun. Enjoy many of Mansfield tourists’ attractions such as the Mansfield Zoo, Craigs Hut, Great Victorian Rail Trail.
Have a hit of golf (or mini golf for the kids), feed the animals at Mansfield Zoo or enjoy a picnic at the local botanical gardens.

At the end of the day, while the children play in the large back lounge room; filled with books and board games of course, the adults can gather around the dining table sharing stories of the day’s events & enjoying a nice glass of local fine wine.

Apart from being one of the best locations for snow and water activities, there are many nearby attractions including horse riding, cycling, 4-wheel driving, motor bike riding, markets, plus much more and with an abundance of wildlife, great fishing and a relaxing atmosphere, you won't want to leave!
Mansfield is becoming renowned for its Great cafes, boutique and arty shopping, hotels and galleries, markets and festivals. There is usually something interesting happening and Nan’s House is located in the heart of it all.

This property has external security cameras for safety purposes only. They will be turned off during any guest stay to ensure their privacy and comfort.
