Very nice cabin, really enjoyed the deck with hot tube. We had an excellent time. When it came time for contact on app messaging was none existent. No response, had to call a service out of Florida for anything like code to door or hot tube lock to code to dump trash. Hauling leaking trash to a dumpster that’s a drive and then not getting the right code from Florida to access the dumpster area is BS. Beside the no contact with host it was amazing

My husband and I stayed a couple of days. The home is located in a quiet, picturesque area. The house not only met, but exceeded our expectations. The fireplace added the extra touch of warmth.

Perfect cabin for the two of us. We were in need of a relaxing getaway and this place didn’t disappoint. Didn’t get in hot tub because I had a cold during my stay. Sad about that. Hope to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay the property was nice, clean and pretty relaxing. I think our kids would have loved it just as much if they had came with us. We would definitely stay here again

Great property in Alto. Near Ruidoso

Great property. A ton of room for family of 3. Could definitely even fit in a few more people. Nice kitchen. Back deck was Great. Would 100% recommend and stay again

It was all PERFECT except we could of used a pool table!!! That’s all it was missing!! Great place overall

Comfort and convenience

We really enjoyed this property! It is in a great location yet still feels secluded by the way that the house sits behind the trees. Very quiet neighborhood, great for kids. Deer often visited the property.

Would stay here again

This was a very nice, well appointed home. The space and layout was perfect for us, our two kids and my parents. A main draw was NO STAIRS to enter, and two nice recliners for older parents to enjoy. The kids loved the hot tub, which had a beautiful mountain sunset view. Also, the management company was very easy to work with!

Lovely cabin

We really enjoyed the cabin. Great location and views!! Loved the deck and rocking chairs. Loved the hot tub. Few downsides were ants in the bathroom, a few lamp switches were broken, the bed was comfortable but needs deep mattress sheets as the current fitted sheet slides off easily. But overall, it was a great stay!!!

Hi, Melissa! I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate you staying at Wine N Pines. My pest control team has since stopped by, and they removed a couple of ants that made their way inside.

The view was amazing! Nice cabin over all. The cabin was not cleaned to my standards at first glance it seems clean but the corners were missed. The table had a sticky feel. It needs to be sanded and revarnished. The first day I had a pack of gum on the table and when I picked it up the paper from the package was left on the table. I was able to get it up. But be worried any paper or paper plate will stick. The kitchen did not have the basics no salt, pepper, cooking oil or even a pot holder. In every Vrbo I have stayed in they have always provided at least the basics. In my opinion we enjoy staying at a rental vs a hotel because of the home like experience. We also had to take our trash to a near by dumpster, which the gate code did not work. The nearest dumpster was about a mile away from the property. And with the two day stay, we had a fair amount of trash to travel with. I wish I would have know all this before booking and I would have booked a different property. A photo ID was required but it was requested the week of the booking not at the time of booking. I have never had to provide an ID after booking and the payment had already been processed. I feel a ID should be a requirement before booking not after. Hope this is helpful for the next person that books.

Very Nice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Roomy and comfortable. We spent three days there and really like this place. Good for a family with kids, too.

Mountain getaway

Overall it was great the place was beautiful. We had deer visit the first day and a family of raccoons that night. My only complaint was check in took about 20 minute because they gave me tne wrong door code and couldn't find the right one but after that it was the perfect stay! I love that their were gate on both sides of the porch so my little one couldn't get out.
