Breeze Cottage is perfect for two! With just one queen bed and one full bath with shower, this adorable little cottage is perfect and affordable for your honeymoon, anniversary or an extended weekend to get away from real life for a few days. This home is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them. Located in Lincoln Beach, this cozy cottage is just south of Gleneden Beach and at the very north end of Depoe Bay. This home offers a Roku TV, fast Wi-Fi, board games, and a beautiful view to admire with your sweetheart while you two relax and watch the sunset. If you're looking for things to do, the Salishan Spa in Gleneden Beach is the perfect opportunity for your loved one to relax and unwind while staying on the Oregon coast. Beach access is a short walk at the end of Breeze Street so be sure and take a nice walk on the beach during your visit. Book today with Oregon Beach Vacations! Your loved one will thank you!

Hard for short leg people to get in an out of. The view was totally worth trying to get into the bed. Parking on the street was not a favorite part. House was clean an tidy. Really enjoyed our stay. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Funky old place Location good. Street parking dusty unpaved gravel street so morning dew and road dust makes for a crusty layer of dirt. When they say for two they really mean it. We did not cook at all while there not great for preparation, space really small. When you say small place everything is small, bathroom, shower and bedroom is not for people of size. Ask my wife how it was making the bed, better yet better not. We stayed mostly out on the deck with narrow but a view of the beach and water, we walked down to the RV park to watch the sunset, it's a nice RV park and just in case while you are there and have to use the bath room, they are clean and nice. As stated by previous guest to us coffee pot did not work, well I got it to work, it took time but will make the next guest happy, the coffee pot is a typical $15 Wal-Mart special and need replacing, big cash out-lay. Not sure when things like deck repair will take place but it needs it also wild growth will soon block what view off the deck there is. If you want to lean over railing you might reach some black berries. All in all we made the best of this situation. Considering rental cost on the Oregon coast and you wear blinders this place just may be okay for a short stay. Aloha to all.

Nice Getaway

While this is a nice place, there was no dusting done prior to arrival. In addition, I think it should be relayed in the listing there is no parking outside the home.

Hi January Thanks for your review. The house was vacant for several days between visits, long enough for dust to settle apparently. Our apologies for that oversite. There is a blurb at the bottom of the property description that says "This home offers street parking for one vehicle." but I will speak with the manager to see if we can make that more obvious. Cute Cottage, needs some maintenance

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, the cottage had a great view but were a little disappointed with certain amenities. Fire place didn't work, we were not given the correct code to get in and had to call. TV was purple half of the time and DVD player didn't work. Pans provided are old and worn out, very difficult to hand wash. Chairs provided at dinning table are rickety. Outlet in the kitchen had to be reset before we could use the toaster. Oh and the gate door located outside the bedroom creaks and clicks very loudly all night long.

Tiny but perfect view

This adorable little cottage was perfectly suited for our needs. The view of the ocean from the French doors was stunning. Hummingbirds & chipmunks played in the brush just outside. We were also perfectly positioned to sleep to the sound of the waves at night.

Too close for comfort

There are squirrels in the attic. Rather loud. 3. The neighbor is noisy. Yipping dogs, truck moving in and out of the cottage's driveway. All of which made us feel a bit like we were an inconvenience, encroaching on others. Too bad. Really like it otherwise. Thanks.

Reviewer Comments: Was very hot inside, no air conditioning, no cross circulation without having the neighbors nudity and garbage in my face or open the deck doors with no screen to keep bugs out. Bed, by your admission; can only be accessed from the foot/end, fine, but no mention of the fact that it is 3 feet off the floor to the top of the matress. Not very accommodating for a disabled person.

House with great potential

This is a very small house. It could be very cute with some updates, maintenance, reduction of some clutter and a better bed. Our biggest complaint was the bed mattress was so soft we ended up sleeping on the living room floor on our backpacking mattress pads for they were more comfortable. The shower is very dark and tiny. The pedestal sink and turn on faucet in the shower needed to be tightened. The refrigerator door could not open all the way due to it being too big for the kitchen. The lounge chairs and carpet were very worn. The kitchen table chairs were wobbly. The tv was very small but the cable and internet worked well. The scenery out the window along with the trail to the beach were very nice. Instructions to park perpendicular to the front house should be given. (did not know we were sharing the spot with another car and paralleled parked to get off the road as were stated in the instructions.). Given the state of the bed and chairs along with the maintenance that needed to be done I feel it was overpriced.

Great Funky Little Cabin!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cool little cabin close to the beach with the obvious view. Had pretty much everything we needed for a great weekend at the coast. The only complaint is no BBQ, a small gas grill would of been nice, but oh well. Very nice sitting in the rockers with the patio doors open and listening to the ocean! FYI, the bedroom is just that,LOL. Pretty much wall to wall mattress, but hey, we weren't buying the place. We would rent again. Very clean. Looks ancient from the outside, but fairly updated inside. Great for a weekend get away! Next time I will bring my camp BBQ

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was tiny, but comfortable with a nice view of the ocean. No beach access, but that was OK. The bed was an adventure to get in and out of especially in the middle of the night, but once in. the mattress was very comfortable and we both slept well. There was a fly infestation that was kind of annoying, but that was partly because it is early fall. We had a problem turning on the heat when we arrived, but received help very promptly.

Great view, great stay

The only real issue that we had was with the bed, why is it 4 feet off the floor? It was extremely hard to get in and out of especially with the height and no access from the sides. Also, in the colder months you need more rugs/runners for the icy kitchen floor. Also, the fees....middle of winter, and with all the fees, the cost for 3 nights was almost $350!! That’s ridiculous and caught me off guard and unprepared.

Very cute little overnighter
