This wonderful two-bedroom home is located in the desirable Indian Neck area on Wellfleet's bay side. Enjoy amazing, unobstructed cove views, from the home, deck and yard, kayaks, and a three-minute walk to Burton Baker Beach!

You've found your Indian Neck getaway spot. Enter an open and bright main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. French doors lead to a large wrap-around deck. View's of Chipman's Cove from almost every room! The living room has comfortable seating and a large flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV cable channels provided (stream additional content with your own accounts) and decorative fireplace (not for tenant use).

The living room opens to the dining area with French doors to the deck. Just off the dining area is the nicely equipped kitchen with electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffeemaker. There is a half bath on the first floor just off the living room.

Steps from the living room lead to the second floor loft area. This open space with skylight has a full futon--a comfy space to curl up with a good book, or additional sleep space if needed. The in-unit stacked washer/dryer is conveniently located in a closet in the loft. Just off the loft are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Both rooms share a fantastic, ever-changing view of Chipman's Cove. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and loft. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.

Air conditioning: There are four ductless split unit air conditioners. One in the dining room and one in each bedroom.

Wood floors throughout.

The large wrap-around deck has incredible views of the Cove. Unwind with a glass of wine in the rocking chairs as the sun sets over the cove. Enjoy meals at the picnic table overlooking the Cove and yard. Grill up dinner on the gas grill. Enclosed outdoor shower.

Two kayaks at the property for tenant use. Kayaks may be launched at the cove during high tide or at Burton Baker Beach. Also for tenant use: four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a boogie board, a beach cart and a cooler on wheels.

The beach is calling! Beach chairs, beach umbrella and wagon provided. Burton Baker Beach is only 0.2 mi (3-min walk/1-min bike ride) and Indian Neck Beach just beyond Burton Baker Beach is only 0.7 mi (3-min drive/11-min walk/2-min bike ride).

Just a short drive to all the best of Wellfleet. Five-minute drive to Wellfleet's Main Street for restaurants, shops and galleries. Six-minute drive to Wellfleet Town Pier and a 7-min drive to Mayo Beach on The bay side. Short drive to the town's freshwater ponds and ocean beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites, live entertainment and much more. Twenty-minute drive to Provincetown.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
