Perfect location on the beach with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was clean, quiet and perfect for a family. The beds were comfortable and the couch pullout had a nice mattress to sleep on as well. We appreciated having access to beach chairs and umbrellas for our daily visits to the beach.

Even though we landed a few days after the hurricane, our stay was incredible. We came for a wedding, which was pulled off without a hitch. Our stay in Lani #212 was amazing. When we needed to communicate it was an easy process. Condo had great views. We had some of our excursions cancelled but that was to be expected. The locals were great and very welcoming and appreciative of us being there and spending our to help keep their small businesses functioning..Made a concerted effort to stay out of the way of any area closed or people working, cleaning up areas.

Beautiful condo

We loved the view of the ocean, pool, and trees. The management was very accommodating. Good location midway between north and south.

Amazing place!

Very nice place. We loved being a few steps away from the pool and beach. Well stocked kitchen. Dining table and sofas were a perfect size. The location on the island was perfect. We were not too far from any of the adventures we had booked whether is was a boat tour of Napali or surf lessons in Hanalei.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lae Nani 212 was a wonderful home base for a week in Kauai. We love ground floor units and this one was perfect with the pool and beach just a few steps from lanai. Grounds are impeccably maintained. Area is quiet. It’s family friendly but I also appreciated that it wasn’t full of screaming children. We traveled with our one teen and one college age kid and we were able to walk next door to Lava Lava Beach Club to order pool food, also walked almost every morning to Coconut Marketplace for coffee or anything else you need - Island Country market has groceries, snacks, souvenirs, as it’s an ABC store! We never heard neighbor noise above us or through adjoining walls. We often had pool area to ourselves which was amazing! Unit stayed nice and cool with AC splits in both bedrooms and living area. Tradewinds were very low while we were there and I absolutely believe AC is needed! Kitchen had many amenities, beds were comfy, bathrooms are a little dated but perfectly functional. W&D worked great and it’s always nice to pack light and be able to launder things. East side location was nice and central to days we split between north shore and south shore activities. Super close to airport too! I would not hesitate to recommend Lae Nani 212 and hope to be back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is perfect for a family vacation. It is well stocked with all the essentials, short walk from the pool and the beach. We had one small issue with a faucet, but the property manager had somebody out the same day to fix it.

It’s so convenient to walk to the pool and beach. We had some issues with the WiFi which was frustrating because we couldn’t watch any TV at night. The property manager tried to fix it but was unable. We otherwise did not have any issues and everything was amazing!

The AC worked great. The only issue we had was with the wi-fi. It didn’t always work. Pool area was delightful and we loved the ocean view. The location of the property was great, so close to the airport.
