Condo 101 at Island Beach Resort is on the first floor and faces east toward the ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, two king beds, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This condo has granite and tile as well as custom finishes throughout. Condo 101 has two floor to ceiling sliding glass doors with black-out drapes and whispy white sheers. Walk about 10 yards to the beach and pool from your condo. Upgrades include reclining beds and custom bluetooth speakers in the bathroom. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

Q: What kitchen items are provided?
A: Dishware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, limited qty of pots/pans, limited serving utensils, blender, drip coffee maker, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dishwasher tablets. Guest should bring coffee & filters, condiments, extra paper towels, and trash bags.

Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 4 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

Q: What other amenities are provided?
A: 1 box tissues, 2 beach chairs, mop/bucket/broom in closet, hair dryer, iron, no safe

Q: Can I see the ocean from my condo?
A: Yes, but the view may be limited due to the plants on the beach dune

Beautifully Updated

My husband and I stayed in condo 101 for three nights and loved it. Everything you need is supplied in this fully renovated condo. Since it’s on the first floor it very convenient to get in and out to the beach or pool. The king beds are very comfortable and adjustable. Just make sure you close the curtains to get privacy because people walk by and can see right in. If you’re a light sleeper then bring ear plugs, the elevator electrical room is just on the outer wall of the bedroom. You can hear the elevator going up and down all day long, it does slow down at night so you can sleep. Overall we had a great stay!

You better be a heavy sleeper

Unit is updated and clean. However elevator room is right behind the headboards in the bedroom. We were woke many times during the night because of this noise. Someone in another review described it as a sump pump going on every ten minutes all night. I should have listened to that review! Anyway after the second night we asked manager to switch us to another room. In that bedroom it was so quiet in the bedroom, we slept like a rock. The overall condition of The facility, Island Beech Resort is Mediocre.

Nicely Updated and Clean Unit, very close to the beach

Parking was easy and the gated portion of the lot is accessible after check in. The community and beach are quiet and relaxing. Won't have to fight for a spot on the beach or at the pool. The beach is maybe 20 steps away and you can exit through the large sliding glass doors in both the living area and bedroom. The unit itself has clearly been recently updated. Newer appliances, paint, furnishings, etc. Sufficient cookware and serving utensils/plates for a family. Will need to buy more coffee and any condiments. Beds were very comfortable. The ability to recline them was especially appreciated by my older father. The sofa bed does its job. Didn't encounter any bugs or pests in the room during our stay. The unit has 2 beach chairs and plenty of beach/pool towels that were sufficient for our stay. Overall very happy with our time here. The restaurant next door is very convenient and there is a Publix (grocery store) a short drive away. Though a bit on the colder side when we visited. The beach was lovely. Sand was not rocky or bumpy and the beach itself was clean enough. A couple of things that you could call cons but didn't detract too much from our trip. 1. The only entrance to the beautifully updated bathroom (nice shower) is through the bedroom. Just something to note if people plan on sleeping in. 2. The thermostat is by the entrance door to the room. If the bedroom door is closed a noticeable temperature difference will be noticed between the living area and the bedroom. We kept the door open. 3. They were replacing the tile in the hallway during our stay which was a bit inconvenient not so much for access into the room but for the noise that was caused in the morning. Though it was during normal working hours (8 or 9am), was really hoping to sleep in but the banging made that tough. 4. There is some kind of pump or condenser that goes off at night really close to the bedroom wall. It startled my father as he was going to sleep. Otherwise it didn't bother us. If you're a very very light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend this room for that reason.

Relaxing Atmosphere

I woke up watching the sunrise from my pillow, with the palm trees in the back ground. Clean rooms. Has a restaurant. No breakfast, lunch and supper only. We had one meal, and that was enough for us. We drove North for 15 min and found 3 small restaurants across from a small park. We had tiny little ants on the kitchen counter. You get 2 cups of free coffee in the room. It was nice to have the beach right out by your door. The resort has a locked gate to get to the beach. You need your room key to open the gate. Clean large beach. Has lots of room for everyone. Woke up early, and walked on the beach with the sunrise coming up. Seen surfers in the early morning. Friendly people everywhere. No lights on the deck if you want to sit outside at night. They need to keep it dark for when the turtles start nesting on the beach starting in March - Oct. Safe location. We were on the lower level. So we couldn't leave the door open while we slept, no screens. You can hear the ocean still in the room. We also heard a sump pump going off every 10 min at night. If I would go back, a balcony room would be better for me, just to see and hear the ocean. And enjoy the view more.

Great location! Cute condo

Went for a quick beach getaway for my husband’s birthday. The condo was steps from the beach. Fit my family comfortably. Great beach restaurant next door. Friendly staff. Would recommend and plan on coming back soon!

The resort is great. Pool and beach at your fingertips . The first floor unit we had was roomy for a one bedroom. Two queen beds in bedroom. Only disappointment was the unit needed updating as far as furnishings. Only one bar stool at kitchen counter and no trash can in kitchen. Overall. We would stay at resort again.
