Ocean Lakes / Oceanfront / 5 bed/ water park /slps 14

Ocean lakes has a indoor heated pool (which stays open year round)and a full scale water park with outdoor pool kiddy zone lazy river and water slides but no hot tub and is only open till Oct 1 and you came during Oct so you did not have a change to use the water park which is amazing for both adults and children of all ages

These people were one of the worst group of people I have ever rented to . Over the years I have found people who rent the cheapest time of the year always look for something to complain about to try to get a additional discount and this was the case again . This whole thing amounts to the stepdaughter wanting to use my golf cart without paying for it first as she wanted to leave the money when she left and I I said no .The stepdaughter called me to complain that they could not sit on the porch at night in October when it was raining and chilly due to palmento bugs landing on the deck .REALLY what am I suppose to do? it is outside and rainy and October and chilly ,all my houses are exterminated quarterly both inside and outside so if people do leave the door open as they fly in (yes they have wings and will fly in the front door )especially then the weather is turning cold but once inside they will die because my house is exterminated regularly but outside along the oceanfront you will see them especially in the fall when the chill sets in and I have a sign in the house explaining this so people are careful to not let them but if they do get in they will die in a matter of hours because of regular extermination . As for the leak I had a small leak along the front of the house in the tip out window between the upper and lower decks that started after I had several upper deck boards replaced along the upper deck front of the house and it took the contractors 2 times of ripping siding off the front of the house to find it and fix it because it only was leaking when it rained from a certain direction . Bottom line is look at the pictures of the house it speaks for itself

Please check out other reviews and pictures and you will know this person has a personal grudge amd all his review was just made up because he was charged a additional $50 to clean a outdoor gas grill that was clean when he arrived and he was instructed if he used it that was he was suppose to clean it on departure or he would be charged the $50 grill fee and commercial grill cleaner and scrapper was hanging next to the grill along with the hose being a short distance away .It was so filthy it took a hour to clean it had he didn t even made a attempt to clean it if he had i would not have charged him I only charge people who leave it where it could create a grease fire and this was that bad I really did not even want to review him and his group as his group stayed just 4 days and left wet towels in the bunk bed wrapped in the bed quilts food splatters on the cabinets and walls and black tub rings in the tubs and i did not even think it was possible to create this much mess in 4 days plus didn t use shower curtains as the bath mats were sopping wet and pulled the curtain hanger out of the wall so the fact all considered he was only charged a additional $50 for the mess he got off very easy
