That you and family chose to celebrate a 25th birthday at our home means so much and we hope we were able to provide the warmth and comfort needed! We are actively working to make sure directions are updated and clear to make sure Rhododendron is the road accesses to the property and apologies for any hardships these roads can be tough!

We want all guests to feel completely comfortable during their stay, and we’re sorry to hear this was your experience. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- The cabin is located in a wooded area, and as temperatures drop, it’s not uncommon for mice to seek warmth indoors. We’ve placed hidden traps around the home and continue to monitor the situation closely.- The home was thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your arrival, and we haven’t had similar reports from other guests, many of whom mention cleanliness as a highlight.- We’ll continue working with our pest control partners to ensure this home remains as guest-ready as possible during every season.Thanks for your feedback as we continue to improve and maintain a high standard of hospitality.
