Thank you for your feedback. We do want to clarify the comment regarding walking downtown. Many of our guests regularly walk from the property to Broadway without issue. As with any urban area, whether someone feels comfortable walking—particularly at certain times of day—is ultimately a matter of personal comfort and preference, and we encourage guests to use their own judgment. We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance concerns to our attention. We take those items seriously and will have our team inspect so anything requiring attention can be addressed.
