Portacot and high chair are available upon request for a small fee of $25.



This property has a strict no party and noise policy. A decibel monitor is installed outside, and security cameras are in place for safety and compliance.



Motorbikes or motorcycles are not permitted on the property.



Gang patches or any form of gang affiliation are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you've already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us-we're happy to

review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.



🔑 Only one property access key/fob is provided as standard. Additional key/fob must be requested before arrival. A replacement fee of NZD $250 applies for each lost key or fob.
