Lovely bright and cosy studio apartment

Self-catering in a lovely en-suite Studio/Apartment with Breathtaking views of land and sea at the highest point of Ciudad Quesada.
5 minutes walk to supermarket & bars/restaurants.
Ideal for mature guests who want a peaceful relaxing break.

Minimum 6 nights stay. The apartment is assessed via an external spiral staircase so not suitable for elderly or infirm.
Wonderful atmosphere in the village of Quesada with numerous restaurants to tempt the pallet.
The studio/apartment does not contain a fully equipped kitchen (no washing machine or cooker) so not suitable for long stay holidays.
The apartment contains an airfryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer.
Free bus to local market of Rojales each Thursday and daily coach excursions to numerous areas of the Costa Blanca including Benidorm, Guardalest and Alicante.
Golden beaches and the turquoise Mediterranean waters just a 10 minute drive away for those lazy days, and restaurants galore with the finest cuisine.
Ideal location for walking golfing or just relaxing in a tranquil setting. Home from home - We welcome you in a warm and friendly atmosphere and the Costa Blanca all year round sunshine as this area boasts over 300 day of sunshine per year.
AIRPORT PICK UP for 45 euros each way and a hire car waiting for you at the apartment if required. Price on request from an inpendant provider.

Peaceful and beautiful

We had everything we needed with a 20 min walk into the town centre. Harrys bar just a min walk round the corner. Short taxi ride to the beach in Guadamar which was amazing. Apartment had a 360° view and the views were out of this world. We will definitely visit this apartment again and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed this holiday and would highly recommend.

Our stay was brilliant the owners Chris and Kieran could not do enough for us the apartment had everything you needed including free Wi Fi , The comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in . It was immaculately clean , We had the best Sunday dinner at Harry’s bar 2 min walk away . Would recommend to all my friends and family .

Found our landlords extremely helpful - could not do enough to help us.

It certainly was at the top of the hill in Quesada but we did not mind the walk at all and of course the views from the solarium and balcony were superb. The only thing which would have enhanced our stay was if there had been a sink! I had to carry a basin of water from the shower room through to the main room to wash up the dishes! There was no cooker - only a microwave, toaster and kettle. It is very cheap to eat out in Spain so that is what we did mostly.

Excellent hosts and views

The hosts Christine and Kieron were welcoming and available without being at all intrusive. The studio was clean and comfortable. The limited catering facilities make the apartment more suitable for short stays. A bar across the road does however cater well for hunger pangs. It is friendly and good value. The sleeping, relaxing and bathroom facilities are all more than suitable. Outside space is generous with views from the solarium and terrace providing constant pleasure. We would recommend contacting the hosts for pre visit advice on everything from car hire to local attractions. They have several years experience of living in the property which could be invaluable. Would we go again? Definitely.

Sejour tres agreable...

Nous avons passer un très bon séjour avec mon mari. Propriétaires très accueillant et disponible à tout moment. Le logement correspond exactement à la description et aux photos aucune surprise à l'arrivée. Très bien entretenu et très calme. Seul bémol il n'y a pas de plaque de cuisson pour préparer un repas, seul un micro ondes pour réchauffer. Sinon rien à dire très bien à refaire sans hésitation. Merci aux propriétaires.

Perfect stay!

Lovely studio apartment, super clean and well maintained. Great views, owners are very kind and friendly. Car is essential but not far from local shop and bars, ideal for exploring the local area, beaches etc. Would recommend to anyone considering visiting this area. We had a lovely stay.

A Visit to Quesada

We are planning to relocate to Spain and decided to investigate the Ciudad Quesada area, we did not want to stay in a hotel room, we wanted to get a proper feel for the area and a taste of what life could be like ....... what a find ! The location was spot on and the studio apartment had everything you could possibly need. It was peaceful, It was spotlessly clean, had a comfy bed . two lovely big terraces with stunning views and free wifi. There was a bar a stones throw away, a bus stop on the doorstep and shops and cafes in very close walking distance. The owners are very warm and welcoming, ready to give help, advice and valuable information when needed. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone and we will definitely be returning. Extremely good value for money , you will not be disappointed !! Lynn and Peter

Great find in Quesada

We choose this studio apartment over a hotel room for a stay investigating this part of the Costa Blanca and we were very glad that we did. The studio is very clean and comfortable, with an especially comfy bed, and heated for the cooler evenings. We were able to make light breakfasts and snacks and cool our wine and drinks. Best of all is the private terrace with stunning views. The owners are so helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this studio and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Perfect for a short term stay

We had a lovely time and our hosts were very friendly, helpful and informative. We wanted to visit the area with a view to buying or renting property in Ciudad Quesada. So, it really was an ideal spot for us. Close to the town centre and local restaurants. There is actually Harry's Bar, which is less than a minute away. The vibe is good, the food is great and everyone there was very friendly. Mostly British in the bar and the local area also. A great trip, and we would return in a heart beat.

Room with a view

This is a one room plus shower room studio apartment. It is very clean and comfortable but the only cooking facilities are a microwave, toaster and kettle. This is not a problem for a short stay and to be honest eating out is so cheap you don't need to cook. The views from the terrace are stunning and the from the solarium even more so, 360 degree scenery. The owners Kieron and Christine were very friendly and helpful and kindly allowed us to check out late on our last day as our flight wasn't till the evening. Would certainly use again if back in the area.

A 'real must'

We first time we stayed in this lovely holiday apartment was in August 2012. Since then, we have been back every year in May. Each time we have received the same warm welcome and fantastic hospitality from Christine & Kieran. They were always on hand for advice and help when we needed to arrange practical details, like a car rental, booking an excursion or checking travel directions. And they were always there at the end of the day if we felt like a little chat. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the holiday would never have been the same without them. Their holiday apartment is exactly as described. The views from the terrace and solarium are quite unique in the region and make dining outside a great pleasure, although we often ate out in the local restaurants, which are excellent value for money. On the days when we were feeling more active, we found lots to do in the region (seaside resorts, local markets, mountain retreats), all within easy travel distance. The region is reputed for its healthy climate and clean air, and we always return home with our batteries recharged for city life again. A 'real must' for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful part of Spain with lovely people.

Cosy and Friendly

I would highly recommend this property for the price paid. Christine and Kieron were marvellous hosts and gave excellent advice to us regarding buying a property in Spain. Kieron even took us for a drive around the area to orientate ourselves and gave advice on the various areas of the urbanisation. The studio was clean and tidy and met our needs. Within 50 metres is a bar serving good quality food and a municipal swimming pool. The "town" centre is within walking distance with a selection of restaurants bars and shops. The views were as described ~ breathtaking. I would not hesitate in going back to stay again.

A warm welcome, excellent apartment amazing views

We had a great time staying in this apartment above Chris and Kieran's. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay; nice clean bathroom, fridge, toaster, kettle etc and some cooking facilities, not enough to make a meal but that didn't matter as we are out most nights at the many restaurants in quesada which is a 5 mins car journey or 20 min walk. The other nights we relaxed on the terrace with a glass of wine watching the sunset over the mountains. And 'Harry's bar' just a cross the road is great for a few drinks too. Looking forward to our return!

Excellent overall stay, lovely holiday!

Excellent stay yet again, this was the 3rd time we had stayed with Christine & Kieran, what a lovely couple they are! All round great service, lovely breakfast cooked by Kieran himself for an extra cost but well worth being waited on. Gorgeous views of the local surrounding towns and a lovely self contained apartment. Christine & Kieran are very welcoming and keen to make sure their guests know as much information as possible about the area and its goings on. Will be booking our trip for next year with them very soon. All round great break away.

Absolutely Amazing

where do I start me and my partner stayed at this beautiful apartment of Christine and kieran's and absolutely loved it ! from the minute we booked it to the minute we left christine and kieran where brilliant really helpful and answered all of our questions at the time of booking and even kept in contact right up until the day we were flying out to sunny Quesada:) Christine and kieran offer a pick up and drop off service to either Alicante airport or murcia airport which i would definitely recommend to do instead of waiting around for a taxi or bus. From the minute we met them we felt right at ease they made us feel very welcome and where a nice genuine couple. When we arrived at the apartment they showed us around it was very clean and had everything you would need iron,iron board,hairdryer,fridge freezer kitchen area tv,dvd player, towels e.t.c they where even so kind to put beer and sangria in the fridge as we where on a late flight incase we wanted a drink when we got there also milk tea bags and sugar which i thought was really nice. The property was like a home from home we loved it. Outside area had tables and chairs and sun loungers where we would often sit out and relax or play cards we also had an upstairs sun terrace which also had sun loungers on the views where amazing and it was so nice to watch the sunset of a night. Bars/restaurants and shop where just minutes away so close and good for value you could get 2 big main meals for 5 euros we couldn't believe how cheap it was and tasty too...The swimming pool was a stones throw away with a bar attached to it where you could get a bite to eat from .. Of a night time we would walk down to the town center as Christine would say "Are you off to paint the town red " :) it was just a ten minute walk down the road to lots of restaurants and bars some really nice places to eat and at a reasonable price you can get a 4 course meal with bottle of wine for 10 euros shockingly cheap! lots of things to do we went to the market on Sunday with Christine and kieran and visited terra mitica theme park in Benidorm which we booked through David coaches and got picked up and dropped off in the town center. There is also a water park in Quesada which is in walking distance. The property is in a great location within walking distance to everything and Christine and kieran couldn't of been more accommodating we really enjoyed our stay and are already planning to go back very soon.

Lovely apartment

This was our second stay with Christine and Keiran and as on our first stay they made us very welcome. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a comfortable, clean base to discover Quesada and the surrounding area. The views from the top terrace are spectacular. There are some nice places to eat nearby and also a supermarket. We like walking and you can walk into the town of Quesada from the apartment, although it's uphill coming back!! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
