✧ You will have access to the entire property in complete privacy, with the exception of a wardrobe and two kitchen doors which are used to keep our personal effects.

✧ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the chalet, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby!

We'll be here to assist you every step of the way, from before your arrival, throughout your stay, and even after, ensuring a seamless experience.

- Dog Friendly Rules:
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our permission. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who did not respect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional fees: $100 per stay per dog.
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous experience on Airbnb.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must not exceed 40 lbs.
๏ The cottage must be left clean and in order to facilitate the work of the housekeeping team, it must not appear that a dog was present.
๏ Your dog must be "housebroken", and must under no circumstances gain access to bedrooms or climb on furniture.
๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up after the dog at all times and keep the yard clean.

We have one smart TVs with an Apple TV system in the chalet, but do not offer cable channel. You will have access to applications like Netflix, Youtube, Disney + on which you can connect your account.

*BBQ*
There is a propane bbq and a charcoal bbq at your disposal. The propane will be provided, but you need to bring your own charcoal if you wish to use the second bbq.

* FIREPLACE / LOGS *
There is an indoor and outdoor fireplace at your disposal. The indoor fireplace is easy to use with propane system. You must bring your wood to use the outside fireplace.

*GERARD LAKE*
The chalet faces the small lake Gérard. However, it is not recommended to swim there, but you can enjoy it with the boats! It is recommended to wear water shoes if you wish to enter the water, and for pleasant beaches nearby you can consult the next section.
