Beautiful home on the beach but definitely needs a deep clean and some maintenance (preferably not while renters are there) Many outlets were uncovered, flooring upstairs needs repair, etc. Home has so much potential!We loved Dauphin Island! Very quiet and relaxing.

House was great and clean. Minor issue with a door and got a quick response to help with it. Loved that there were baby gates all over. Love the boardwalk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again

The wood on the pier needs to be replaced in several spots. Just FYI, in case you are planning on bringing a boat.

House delivered! Loved the movie room (as we called it) with extra beds. The pier and private beach were perfect. And we didn't plan on using the hot tube but we did - daily.

grease pit

The kitchen was very greasy and the entire house smelled like a giant fish fry. The towels and everything. Took days to get in touch with management regarding items left in closet. And they were very unconcerned

Since your stay, we have thoroughly deep cleaned the house and made changes to our housekeeper to provide a higher quality of stay for all our guests moving forward. Again, I want to apologize. Beds were comfortable, Rental Company was very fast and friendly to deal with issues. Property did have some maintenance issues that caused problems (rental company did everything they could to help us on these). Exterior doors didn't close well. Front door had screws missing from the bottom hinge, back door handle fell off the back door and we had to get a screw driver to fix it, and bedroom exterior doors had to be lifted up and slammed to get to close. The dock/pier needs some work with loose/ warped boards. Besides these issues the house/area was great for my family's stay. If those issues didn't exist we would have had a 5 star review.
