The living room, primary bedroom, and screened lanai offer a beautiful view of the lake and fountain. Relax and enjoy the heated pool, tennis/pickleball court and shuffleboard. Sliding glass doors open to the enclosed lanai from the living room. The primary bedroom suite has a queen size bed, bath, and walk-in closet. Enjoy relaxing in the light and airy atmosphere. The guest bedroom has twin beds. Our condo is fully furnished with coastal furniture and decor, offering a fully equipped kitchen (Big benefits over staying in a hotel as you have the ability to eat some meals in the condo and save $$$!), and washer/dryer. Patio furniture is provided to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine. Linens are provided for the kitchen, beds, bath, and beach. The condominium complex offers beautifully landscaped grounds.

Our location has something for everyone. Several golf and miniature golf courses are nearby (including an 18-hole course across the street). Enjoy the wildlife from your condominium, or a visit to Sanibel/Captiva or Pine Islands. Sanibel/Captiva Island and Fort Myers Beaches are just minutes from your door. These beautiful sand beaches are among the best in the world for sunbathing and shelling.

If you like to shop, Fort Myers has several shopping malls and a huge weekend flea market. Fort Myers and Sanibel offer excellent casual or fine dining on or off the waterfront.

Lots of bike paths, stunning nature preserves, water sports, and performance venues are in the area. Enjoy the regional parks, & gardens, planetarium, state recreation areas, and national wildlife refuge. Downtown Fort Myers offers popular attractions, such as dinner theaters, performing arts halls & galleries, and historical sites. Spend an afternoon watching spring training at the ballpark, or be adventurous and rent a canoe, boat, wave runner, or parasail off the beach or back waters.

We're located within 30 minutes of Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and Interstate 75 and 1 hour from the Bailey Terminal at the Punta Gorda Airport. Other exciting attractions are nearby in Tampa, Naples, and Marco Island.

Great location and comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay at Davis Lake condo. It was very comfortable and with everything we needed including thoughtful extras like tennis racquets and plenty of pool/ beach towels. The condo is very close to Sanibel, Fort Myers beach and many shops and restaurants in Fort Myers.

wonderful place

Incredible stay!!

We had a great time staying at this wonderful condo at Davis Lake in Fort Myers!! The condo is impeccably clean, open concept and amazing view of the lake and pool!! The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was nice and spacious for our family and we loved the whole Davis Lake complex. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo at Davis Lake Fort Myers!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first winter in Fort Myers! This condo is beautifully decorated. It has everything we needed! It is in a perfect location for shopping and is real close to the beaches! The pool was great. The neighbors were so friendly! We hope to come back next year!

Great Homebase for Our Week’s Activities

The condo was nicely appointed with all the amenities we required. The pool was warm and the neighbors who hung out there were friendly and fun. The condo is conveniently located near stores, Publix, Walmart, and several good restaurants. It’s an easy trip to Sanibel Island, and a close drive to the bridge to Ft Myers Beach. 12/10 We’d definitely stay here again.

Our visit to Davis Lake was great!

We loved the beachy condo! It was immaculate, well stocked and decorated beautifully. The complex was tropical and extremely friendly! We spent many days by the pool, at the nearby beaches and shopping. Owners Brad and Cindy were there if we needed anything. It was a pleasure to meet them! Thank you for sharing your place.

Cute and comfortable condo

Quiet and very comfortable condo. Very nicely decorated and convenient to shopping and ball fields. Owner, Cindy, was great with all communication and check in was a breeze. Very clean and well taken care of. Kitchen was very nice and had everything you would want and need. Neighbors were very nice and friendly.

An Outstanding Rental.

What a terrific place to stay. Great location and the property couldn't be nicer. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. The renters are very friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, a very positive experience. We can't wait until our next visit.

Easy access to everything

Wonderful location, quiet, friendly and nice area. The condo was just the right size, very clean, comfortable, with easy communication and entry. The boys loved the pool and ability to play pickle ball as well as the space. The unit was well equipped with cooking utensils, beach chairs and a small cooler- this was excellent! Lover our trip!!

Lovely place

My sister and I stayed here while visiting our mother who lives at Shellpoint. Lovely condo close to beaches and shopping. Very clean and well equipped. We had a flight delay due to the hurricane, and the owner was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

We had the most marvelous stay at Davis Lake. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, serene. The condo was charming and fully equipped for whatever we wanted to do. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t wait to repeat our stay next year!

Nice peaceful proporty

We had a very nice stay in this apartment. The apartments layout is practical and the place nice and clean. The neighbourhood seems safe and friendly. The place is located close to Sanibel Island and Sanibel Outlet. My daughter loved the heron that visited the house several times a day and demanded being fed. A lovely experience.

First impression of property was great.. looked just like the photos

My family and I came to Ft Myers for our sons baseball tournament and it was our first trip to Ft Myers.. My family and I enjoyed staying at the condo it had everything we needed stocked and ready to go.. The owners were easy to get in touch with and answer our questions. The condo in its self was exactly what we expected and had no problems with it nor with the owners.. However the pool manager and hospitality committee are very un-professional.. I would not recommend this place if you have children or like to hang out at pool at the end of the day because the pool closes before dust.. The owners were willing to work with us (once we found out the pool was a no fun zone and we could not enjoy it after a long hot day of baseball) on refunding some of our money if we found another place. But my husband said no worries due to the fact the condo was nice and cheap.. so we dealt with no pool.. like I said before the owners were very nice and easy to work with and the condo itself was great..

We are so glad you enjoyed our condo for your stay during your son's baseball tournament. We have had many families stay with us over the 18 years we have been renting our home who have enjoyed their stay and the pool. The pool rules are put in place to keep everyone safe. It opens at 9:00 a.m. and closes at dusk as stated in the rules and regulations you received before your arrival. As parents of 4 children who are all grown now, we do try to make it affordable for families to take a vacation and be able to stay in a home rather than a hotel room. We hope being in a two bedroom, two bathroom home with a full kitchen and washer and dryer was worth the inconvenience of not being able to use the pool after dark.
