As part of the condo complex, you'll have access to shared amenities like the pool, hot tub, and laundry facilities. Toss your vacation wardrobe in the dryer and take a quick stroll on the beach or grab a tropical drink at WannaWanna next door. You can also walk to many eateries and shops for a quick bite, a forgotten necessity, or a souvenir.

La Internacional has a gated entrance and garage parking for your comfort. There's also a free shuttle nearby to get you to different ends of the island.

This second-floor space sits on the side of the building, allowing you the luxury of an oceanview from a furnished patio, while still keeping within a friendly budget. The well-equipped kitchen helps you save money on dining out, as well.

Two TVs (a flatscreen in the living room and a mounted TV in the bedroom) let different family members enjoy their own shows.

With two full beds in the bedroom and a pull out sofa for two kids or one adult in the living room, this condo allows for four adults or six guests maximum. It's ideal for a small family looking for surf and sand while saving cash for bigger adventures.

In addition to the building amenities, you'll also have WiFi and a Nest thermostat so you can easily control the central air conditioning.

While you may be content to leave the car parked and walk around South Padre Island, there are many things to do that you'll want to come back for again and again. Take a fishing charter trip or go dolphin watching.

If a rainy day comes your way, there's the Island Cinema to pass the afternoon. Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark gives you a different kind of water thrill than the gentle waves of the Gulf.

All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet.
Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
