---3 Bedroom house in Oxford close to campus, the Square, and Taylor Grocery ---

Located in a quiet subdivision about halfway between Vaught-Hemingway Stadium and Taylor Grocery. It is about 6 miles from the house to the stadium, the Square, and Taylor Grocery.
---about 6.5 miles from the stadium (depending on route, it's 6.3 - 6.9 miles)
---5.8 miles from Taylor Grocery
---6 miles from the Square
-4.4 miles from the Grand Oaks Golf Course
-located less than 1/2 mile outside City limits

Taxi, Lyft, and Uber services available. Park at the house and ride with a driver who is experienced in navigating traffic to drop you off as close to the destination as possible in and around Oxford during games, graduation, Double Decker, etc.

Grocery/alcohol pickup available. We will pickup your grocery store and liquor store order and it will be unloaded and put away inside the house for you before your arrival. Just message us for details.

-Master bedroom has a queen size bed
-One guest room has a twin bed with a pull out trundle (two twin beds)
-An extra twin floor mattress is available
-One guest room has a full size bed
-The living room couch is a queen pull out
-Master bathroom has a garden whirlpool tub with a separate shower
-Guest bathroom is a full bath with a shower/bathtub
-Tankless water heater, unlimited hot water
-Filtered drinking water in kitchen
-Washer and dryer are located inside in the hallway
-Full kitchen has all appliances, dishes, stainless flatware, cookware, etc
-Paper plates, plastic cups, plastic utensils, coffee with sweetener/creamer, etc. provided
-Hairdryer in both bathrooms
-Iron/ironing board, steamer
-Washer/dryer, detergent provided
-Soap, towels provided
-Extra toiletries provided (to replace any forgotten items)
-Corner lot in a subdivision
-Fenced in back yard, screened in patio
-Gas grill with propane provided
-Flat screen TVs in living room and master bedroom
-Free WiFi
-Check in is after 1:00 on Friday and check out by 11:00 on Sunday. Times/days negotiable.
-All rooms have blackout window coverings for great sleep

We planned a long weekend trip to go to the Ole Miss game and the rental was in the perfect location. Short car ride to the square and the stadium/grove. The house was clean and Kim stocked the rental with coffee, snacks and travel size toiletries in case you forget anything! Lovely home

I like to provide extra things like toiletries, disposal utensils/plates/cups, coffee/creamer/sweetener, etc. so that no one has to go out and purchase those. Would definitely rent again!

We loved our weekend spent at this house. Everything was clean, neat and comfortable. Plenty of linens and paper products to make our stay quite comfortable. Conveniently located to Ole Miss and tons of dining and entertainment choices. Highly recommend.

Great home with a great backyard!

This home was perfect for our stay, it was clean, neat and comfortable! It has a wonderful fenced backyard with a covered patio we were able to enjoy. The owner Kim was very organized which made it easy on us. Everything from the front door lock to the useful book she put together listing local restaurants and attractions was well thought out and helpful.This will be our first choice every time!

Fantastic!

Five of us came to Oxford to watch an Ole Miss game. Kim's place was fantastic and fit us wonderfully. It is clean, well maintained and everything that we could possibly need was there. Kim is amazing as she gets right back with you, she had expert advice which was super helpful. The only "problem" was the listing says it is five mins to Ole Miss and while I am not a little old lady driver, this needs to be fixed. But overall, I still give it five stars and if I were ever back in that neck of the woods, I'd love to stay there!

Thank you so much. I do go above and beyond to help out- it’s just the right thing to do. I want people to be able to relax and have no worries. The time it takes to get to campus is tricky to list. It is about 5 minutes for me to get to the nearest campus exit, depending on whether I catch all the lights or not, but that’s not on a football weekend. Of course, there are entrances to campus that are much farther than five minutes, yes, definitely. I timed my own drive to get the estimate, but I took the quickest route and the most accessible campus exit. It’s a great idea to go near campus during lower traffic times for a football weekend.

greatest hostess ever!

The house was beautiful and clean, and it was only a short drive away from campus. However, the greatest feature of this house was the hostess. Kim had all of the necessities for a weary traveler: coffee, extra blankets and towels, toiletries. And (thank God for the insurance we bought for the trip), when we had a mishap in the house, she was polite and gracious. I have stayed in other towns and locations where I was practically chided and treated like a child regarding what we needed to do, and "don't forget this," and "do not do that," etc. Kim was very helpful while we were there. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks again, Kim.

Thank you for the kind words. I try to treat people the way I hope to be treated by others. All I ask is that smelly trash be taken out and wet towels be hung up so they don’t sour. :) When I go on a weekend stay, I don’t want to have to strip beds or clean or be worried I’ll do something to upset the owner. With that in mind, I want people to come here and not worry. Relax, enjoy, have fun. And, as far as insurance: yes ma’am, I agree. It’s wonderful. Unintended things happen; that’s just life... the added insurance is super cheap and is great when needed. Thanks again!

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. My home is a one-owner property, built in 2008, and has been well maintained and kept exceptionally clean. The neighborhood is friendly, peaceful, and a wonderful place to relax after a day of enjoying all that Oxford has to offer. It’s also conveniently located just a short drive from downtown, with easy access to taxi services and everything you might need during your stay.
