View to die for.....Sweet Dreams is the lower left unit of four units of Beach Dreams.It is a Two bedroom unit that will sleep six with a sleeper sofa and two twin beds in the second bedroom. It has two bathrooms and a full kitchen. One car per unit is allowed. If you need additional parking, it is available however only one car is the allowed limit. Washer and dryer included as well as dishwasher. Nothing better than this spot for your beach dreams. This unit offers one master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. Beach towels, two beach chairs and one umbrellas are included with this rental. Internet and wifi is included, however, It is the island and once in a while it is not working. This is normal on the island also. This property is 308 Gulf Drive South unit B.
This property has been remodeled since the hurricane and is opened for bookings.

This was our family's first time visiting Anna Maria Island, and we had a fantastic time staying at Beach Dreams! It was located in a super convenient location right on the beach. We particularly loved watching the sunset each night from the porch! The home had everything a family would need: a nice living space, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and two clean and nice bathrooms with plenty of clean towels. We also appreciated the hose and water outside to rinse the sand off our feet from the beach!The nearby shops and food options made it easy to get our morning coffee and enjoy it while walking on the beach. Pane A Amore Italian restaurant and Back Alley Cafe were two of our favorite nearby restaurants.Thank you for making our stay so lovely! We hope to be back soon!

Amazing Experience

Absolutely loved the location of the property. It was just a few steps to the beach. It is also located near Bridge street and was just a short walk away. The interior of the home was so cute. Loved the kitchen area with all the necessities available. We had 4 people in our group. The 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and sofa sleeper accommodated all our needs. We spent a lot of time on the porch area watching the sunset. We definitely want to revisit this property!!

Great place!

We loved our stay here while in Bradenton Beach. Very nice and clean, great location, great view and steps from the water! Love that the beach towels were provided! I only have 3 stars for the online listing because the description stated that beach chairs were provided but they are not.

Perfect little condo right on the sand, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and bars. Great beach access, wonderful views, and everything you need for a long weekend at the beach.

Not what was advertised

Property was damaged from a hurricane and was quickly thrown back together. No one updated or put a disclaimer up that what was advertised was not what we were getting. The only thing accurate was the location. I have lots of pictures to show. Also 3 out of the five of us cut ourselves from broken items in the sand in front of the building that was never cleaned up. We would recommend that you ask for recent photos so you see what it actually looks like. Again, location is great. Just disappointed if not getting a nice place like the pictures showed.

Great place

Location canā€™t be beat . Unit had everything we needed . Really appreciated the strong AC system, comfortable bedding , and well appointed kitchen. Ground floor unit was convenient and didnā€™t hear the neighbors hardly at all . We had a rain leak first day , a couple of buckets of water , this was right before hurricane so it could have been severe problem for next guests . Hope to see AMI again in the future !

Great beach house

Wendy was great to deal with, our unit had issues prior to our arrival and she upgraded us to another unit with no hassle or up charge. She responded to our questions at all times of the day and very quickly. Thank you for the experience and will book with you again.

The best sunsets

This is the 2nd time that we stayed in this property and is the best decision, very close of everything, the beach right there a few steps away, very comfy, like home definitely next summer we will come back

This was 1st trip for my family to Anna Marie Island. Unfortunately a few things kept this vacation was being great. This place looked great on the listing. Overall it was ok, but we will not return. Pros: * location was Great!! right on the beach, close to great shopping *Met the neighbors above us - they were Super nice Con: *The washer sounded like a jet was taking off- it was sooo loud, So we decided to only start laundry right before we went to the beach/dinner etc. *The hand soap/dish soap in kitchen was filled up with water to make it last long- We decided not to use it and got our own *The window in the one bathroom leaked all over the place when it rained * light for main bedroom wasn't easy to figure out- *We came across some stuff at the house that we were uncomfortable with and Wendy didn't see to care one bit My husband had called to discuss a few concerns and while he was explaining some of our concerns, Wendy the manager hung up on him. Very unprofessional She immediately started to txt him and accuse him of yelling- which did not happen. Kept offering to clean but that wasn't going to fix the few problems we ran into. Wendy didn't want to take any responsibility for stuff that needed attention. I decided to look back at more reviews after we left and let me tell you- I wish I would have listened to what others had said. Look at reviews from 6-19-24,9-6-22,2-16-2022,7-8-19 b4 booking- she even accused ppl of lying on their reviews-

Great Location- with a few flaws

My family and I have been coming to Anna Maria for the past 5 years. We usually book with a specific management company, but decided to try something new this year. This place looked gorgeous in the listing. Overall it wasnā€™t horrible, but we would probably not stay here again. Here are a few pros and cons from our stay here: Pros- 1. Location was amazing. We could walk right out to the beach and Bridge street was a 2 minute walk away. 2. The A/C units were on point. We stayed nice and cold. 3. The bed was actually really comfortable. 4. There were lots of extra fans for those that need that extra noise to sleep. Cons- 1. The door and the 2nd bathroom leak when it rains. Not just a little leak. Like a steady stream coming from the ceiling. We filled up a huge pot within minutes. 2. While the property is nicely decorated and looks nice, it is a little smaller than expected. It would be better for a party of 2 or a couple with one small child. 3. We are used to the condos we stay in being in pristine condition when we arrive. This one was a little dirtier. It wasnā€™t horrible, but itā€™s those little details you notice. 4. The washer- so glad it has a washer, but we had to start a load when we were getting ready to leave because it literally sounds like a jet is taking off in the living room. It is VERY loud. 5. The blinds on the door were broken and had lots of water damage and stains. We found this out when the leaking began.

Perfect Location

Lovely cozy home stay exactly as described. Steps from the beach where you can watch the sunset from the patio. A little confusion with the check-in process but was quickly solved with the property manager. We would happily stay again!

Perfect first time on AMI

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is exactly as described in listing and you are literally steps away to an amazing beach location. The unit itself is very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation - daily breakfast on our front porch, morning/ sunset walks on the beach, spotted dolphins and a manatee swam right past us a few times (mid morning hours). Great restaurants and quaint shops within 2 min walk to Bridge St. And it's just a short drive to other beaches - Coquina Beach has a craft/ food market set up in parking lot 2x per week and a walk on the beach there is a must - stunning views to enjoy. Already thinking about staying here next year!

Best location!

The beachfront condo was not only on the beach but walking distance to the cute strip of the beach town. Parking was tricky (even at the condo its tight) so good location was a huge asset, plus glorious to cocktail at sunset and coffee at sunrise on the beach. Bring basics like shower soap & coffee pods for the keurig! Really loved being there!
