This charming apartment rental offers a serene retreat in the heart of Hull, Quebec. Centrally located, it provides easy access to city life minutes away. Within reach of the casino, the Byward Market, Parliament Hill, and the Rideau Canal. Yet, tranquility awaits just moments away in Gatineau Park. With countless tourist attractions to explore throughout Ottawa and Gatineau, this apartment serves as an ideal hub for both relaxation and adventure in this dynamic region.
Guest Access:
Self-check-in is available! The building is situated at the end of a quiet dead-end street in Hull.
Guests will enjoy complete and exclusive access to the entire two-bedroom apartment on the second floor, ensuring privacy and comfort during their stay.
Keypad lock access to the building. The code will be provided along with check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival.
Other Details:
The apartment is located within a multi- unit dwelling with young children in the units below. Each unit is self-contained, hosting a mix of Airbnb guests and long-term residents. To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly request that guests observe quiet hours from 11pm to 8am.
Please note that if you plan to be loud or host parties, this is not a suitable accommodation for your stay.
The building is located in a quite neighborhood, and we kindly ask guests to respect the tranquility of the area.
For security purposes, please be aware that security cameras are installed around the perimeter of the property.
All pets must be pre-approved. Kindly contact us before booking so that we can ensure a pleasant experience for all.
Additional Rules:
You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. No shoes are allowed within the unit, a secure area is provided to you prior to your entrance.
𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: There is free parking space for a single small vehicle. Any additional cars will asked to be removed from the property with no exceptions.
𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬: Please note that 𝐧𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 are permitted in the unit. We monitor noise levels and follow up on noise complaints. Any violation of this policy that disturbs neighbors may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the Airbnb
𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: During these hours, please be extremely mindful of the noise levels. From 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, please be mindful of noise levels for neighbors and families that reside in the building. Failure to comply may lead to termination of your stay.
𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐈𝐧 & 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐎𝐮𝐭: We can occasionally accommodate early check-ins (2 PM) or late check-outs (12 PM) upon request. Please notify us in advance if you'd like to make this special request. An additional charge of $30 for either early check in or late check out will be charged upon confirmation. We appreciate your understanding.
𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬: Only verified guests mentioned at check-in are allowed on the property as per Airbnb regulations. Unauthorized guests will be charged at a rate of $50 per guest per night. Excessive guests may result in termination of your stay and immediate eviction.
𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐬: Please ensure the suite door is locked at all times and take your keys with you when you leave. A $50 fee will be charged for lost keys.
𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite and hallways. A $700 fee will be charged for deep cleaning and odor removal if this policy is violated. Cigarette and joint butts must be disposed of properly, not on the ground or lawn.
𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬: Any damages to the unit due to negligence (e.g., broken furniture, lost items, cosmetic damage) will result in a claim placed with Airbnb after your check-out. You may be held financially responsible for any damages incurred.
