This was a beautiful condo, but it was small. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than what it is. It is advertised as having multiple queen beds and a twin bed when in reality you have 2 queen beds (which are very uncomfortable), a queen air mattress and a couch. The bowling was unavailable to be booked and the hot tub was out of order. There is also no frying pan?

We take great pride in our interior design while also striving to make the space comfortable and stunning. I’m sorry to hear you were unable to book the amenities. They are fully functional, so I’ll look into what happened. I only wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have resolved this for you right away. We also take bedding comfort very seriously and carefully source high-quality mattresses, maintaining a firmness/softness balance comparable to a hotel standard. We’re sorry about the missing frying pan—I’ll make sure our cleaning team checks and replaces it. We have one large queen bed in each bedroom and one large double size air mattress. Making it total of 3 large beds. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. 🙏

For a family of 6 it will was a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it. Building has a pool table, hot tub, pool and bowling on the 2nd floor. Which the kids enjoyed using on our stay here. Host was very responsive when we had a question.

The condo was very clean, also nice we were able to bring our dogs. Parking was a little confusing at first but was sorted very quickly. Faran was quick to respond when we had any questions.

This listing needs to be updated. There are NOT 2 living rooms, there is only 1, which is fine, but it's listed as 2 with 3 additional sleeping areas between the two, there was not. The one living room we did have, you could NOT sleep on that couch, it was old and the springs came through the middle section. When we asked the host about the pull out couches and second living room, they replied that according to the pictures, there is only one and that they removed the old furniture and replaced it with a blow up. So we went from structured furniture to something that deflates in the middle of the night. Cool. We were so thrown off, we asked if we were in the right room. There was also bedding left in the dryer and dishes were left in the dishwasher. When we tried to make coffee in the morning, the coffee maker didn't work. When we asked about another one, there was one in under the sink that had DO NOT USE written on it, the host told us to use it and to see if it worked but when we went to go use that, as well as the 2 pour over options, there was grounds in both of them. Gross! She also asked us to put the cover back on the vent in the one bathroom. Location was great, but the amenities aren't adding up. The foosball table was broken, the pool and hot tub were so dirty we didn't even want to go in them and you had to wait forever to even try to get a bowling ball. Host was responsive, but listing is false advertisement.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. To clarify, the unit has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a living area with a sofa and a double air mattress. We had also offered an additional bed, which you indicated you did not require. Our cleaners confirmed that the coffee machine was working, and we would have gladly arranged a replacement had we known there was an issue. We also checked with building management regarding the amenities and were advised they were operational & exceptionally clean. The pool gets tested by the city of Kitchener & management. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Farhan was a wonderful host! Very responsive and ensured we had everything we would need! The unit itself was stunning and the building amenities were great! Definitely would book again :)

Wish there was some recycling bins, didn’t like to have to put everything in the garbage… But overall the place was incredible. Thanks for the experience of the stay and hope this place comes available again.

Beautiful, Clean, and Relaxing Stay!

We had an amazing time at this property! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The hot tub and bowling alley were highlights of the trip. Faran was a fantastic host—very responsive and kind. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and peaceful stay. Would love to come back!

My family and I absolutely loved the place! It was beautiful they are from Colombia and have nothing like it there. The amenities that were included were great! The pool table and bowling alley definitely got some use. Thank you for the beautiful experience.

Girls getaway

Overall, the condo was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our stay. It was great to have access to all the amenities, which made the experience even more comfortable. Great views being on one the top floors.The only minor issue we encountered was with the parking garage, as the system didn’t always recognize our license plates when entering or exiting. Also, the only item we noticed missing was a hair dryer—but otherwise, the unit had everything we needed for an enjoyable visit.We would definitely recommend staying here!

Accommodating and great location

Great location and especially useful since there were two bedrooms and washrooms. Parking was included as well which was a big plus. Faran was very accommodating and easy to work with. The amenities available were just right. If anything, the place may be in need of a paint job as it looks like it’s been utilized very thoroughly in the past! But on the whole, I would strongly recommend it and stay there again. Thanks again to a great host who was always ready to help.

We stayed 3 nights at this condo, & if I had to do it all over, I wouldn’t have stepped foot into the building, & would have desperately tried to find a hotel instead of this abysmal condo. On the first night we noticed the interior of the fridge was dirty, the TV was broken, a phone jack was falling out of the wall & one of the vents was covered up with foil & duct tape. We shared all this with the property contact who said they’d contact the cleaning service to get their input, instead of addressing the issues we flagged. On day 2 we visited family most of the day, & after coming back from dinner, we were putting away our leftovers when we noticed a cockroach scurrying across the kitchen counter! I immediately contacted the VRBO host requesting them to rectify the situation. Instead of issuing refunds or offering other accommodations elsewhere, they asked us to provide proof of the cockroach in the apt. So at 6am got the cockroach that we killed out of the garbage to & sent pictures & videos of all the problems. They said they’d get back to us but never did. We stayed away from the place all day, then when we returned late at night, when we tried to charge our phones, we noticed the outlets in the primary bedroom went out. The fuse blew. We tried to flip the breaker but that didn’t work either. All the problems were shared with the VRBO host, pictures of each issue sent & they didn’t address a single thing. Worst. Experience. Ever. I implore you to choose something else
