Come and relax at our stunning Mokau holiday home with panoramic views of the Mokau River and surrounding country side. Enjoy glorious sunsets on the extensive decks.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen for you to make eating in a breeze. And the large dining table is a wonderful place to get together.

The master bedroom with ensuite is private and cosy with its own large screen TV. The other 3 bedrooms are on the other side of the house with separate bathroom and toilet.

The spacious living room has comfortable sofa's with large open windows for you to enjoy the views out over countryside towards the Mokau River. The lounge TV has Sky Channels and in the master bedroom you can access Freeview channels, Netflix and other streaming services which connect through WIFI.

The kitchen and lounge areas have large sliding doors opening up onto the decks with outdoor furniture to enjoy.

In the garage there is a pool table, BBQ and Dart Board.

Please note this property does have security camera's installed. There are 4 outside camera's operating, none of which point into the house area or deck area's.

Things to do include a trip to the local beaches, and Elephant Rock and the Three Sisters is a popular easy walk at low tide.

There is the Museum and Art Gallery at Mokau which is open daily.

Places to eat out in Mokau include the Whitebait Inn, River Run Cafe and the Awakino Hotel & Pub.

Strictly no smoking or vaping in the house or anywhere on the property.
No parties/events or gatherings. The home is for the paying guests enjoyment only.
No fireworks or fires.
You need to be over the age of 25yrs to book our property.
