Isolado NostƔlgico Lodge, Quarto Para Todos, Sandy Shore no Belo Lago Teal

This classic1930's lake home, was one of Teal Lake's originals! Dubbed Teal Lake Cottage by the original owners, this lake home has a unique, nostalgic feel that you won't get with many of the newer cabins in the area. Enjoy the original wood-burning field stone fireplace, bar and cocktail area, and pool table/game room. The "Cottage" has plenty of bathrooms and a sunny kitchen. The main floor also has an open concept, 4 season porch that overlooks the lake and a large harvest table that seats 10 and is perfect for games and puzzles. A traditional dinning room area seat an additional 6-8 people. There are 3 main floor bedrooms, the master with a king and the other 2 with queen size beds. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a full size bed and 2 twins, and an additional dorm room with 2 twin size beds. There are two big comfortable bedrooms on the bottom floor that each have full size beds. The bedrooms are roomy enough for Pack and Plays. The Cottage is great for groups, multi-families or single families. You will remember this vacation for years to come. You will enjoy the over 5 acres of secluded beauty. The property feels like a park-like estate. We have over 300 feet of sandy lake frontage on possibly the best portion of Teal Lake. Swim and fish right off our 60 foot dock. You can see Paradise Island right off our shore.

Escape to the beauty and peace of the Quiet Lakes(Teal and Lost Land) surrounded by pristine forests which invite you to explore undeveloped picnic islands, hike or bike wooded trails, enjoy pure and undisturbed nature where bald eagles soar, otters frolic and the loon's romantic call welcomes you to their home. Our lakes have a 10mph speed limit prohibiting tubing, jet or water skiing. No motor size limit. Lost Land and Teal are connected by a scenic and fish-able 3/4 mile long navigable waterway.

Teal Lake is Class A Musky waters and also has walleye, northern pike, large and small mouth bass, crappie and sunfish. The lake offers 6 islands, all state owned. The Teal River is less than 100 yards away. Paddling down to the dam is a wonderful experience. You can take a 45 minute boat ride to one of the best Friday Night Fish Fry in Hayward at Lost Land Lake Lodge.

Great Lake Cottage

Beautiful setting on Teal Lake. Great spot for family and friends. Comfortable furnishings and beds. A lake cottage as it should be with nice cabin furnishings, a fire pit, fireplace, games, bar, and all the kitchen accessories you need.

Family, 3 generation annual gathering

Fabulous property with 7 bedrooms spread out over 3 floors. Great beach access with a 2 dock option. Rented a pontoon for the entire week and fished and toured Tesl Lake multiple times daily.

Simply amazing!!

This place was better than I could have imagined! It had everything we needed and more. All the room and amenities we needed inside for the days we couldnā€™t be outside due to the weather and great shoreline and area for the days we could be outside. Iā€™ve been renting from VRBO for many years and this is definitely one of the best.

Great vacation

Wonderful small lake that was pleasantly undisturbed by development. Small beach and sandy bottom made for great swimming for the grandkids. No problems with algae. Caught lots of small fish right off the dock. Internet bandwidth and cell service was a sort of weak.

Amazingly Peaceful

Gorgeous spacious cabin on a beautiful quiet lake and private large yard. Plenty of room inside and out to relax and enjoy. Large windows in living room, bring the outdoors in. Easy check in. Able to rent owners pontoon for a fee, which was great to use. Needed to do a bit more cleaning for checkout, than anticipated, but overall a fantastic week for the whole family. defintely want to return in the future!

We had an amazing stay at this spacious and peaceful lake house! Our group of 14 included six teenagers, and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The home is thoughtfully laid out, with two dining areas that made meals easy; adults could enjoy dinner together while the kids had their own space.The downstairs pool table was a big hit with the teens, giving them a fun hangout space while the adults relaxed upstairs or by the water. The adults appreciated that there was no television, allowing people to truly connect with one another. The setting is truly special, secluded, quiet, and surrounded by nature. The lake is calm and peaceful, and we were lucky enough to spot five loons at once! The sandy shoreline was perfect for swimming and relaxing, and there are multiple beautiful views of the lake from around the property. Evenings around the fire pit were a highlight for everyone.If youā€™re looking for a well-equipped, scenic, and family-friendly lake home, this is the place. Weā€™re already talking about coming back!

Nostalgic Time Capsule

We couldnā€™t have had a better place to celebrate my husbandā€™s 50th birthday with our large family and friends. Be prepared to enter your grandparents lake lodge and be swept away with its vintage charm and nostalgic feels! No need to ever leave, it has everything and more for your stay! The kitchen was more than stocked with all the ā€˜thingsā€™ for food prep. The basement was better than any venue we could have found to gather and celebrate. The variety of games and things to do left us entertained until the late hours. All the bedrooms were furnished with quality beds and linens. So cozy and comfy. I couldnā€™t find anything negative to say about this property. John was great to communicate with a great host. If youā€™re considering this place, your search is done!

Great for families

Wonderful place for a family to relax and have a good time. Lots of privacy per bedroom which is spread out. Large table to enjoy all your meals. We even ice fish during our stay! Basement level was awesome especially for the kids. Pool table, Ping Pong, Dart machine, Buck Hunter, Juke box and bar. We partied a bit down there as well. Only draw back is the rule of washing towels before you leave. Most people get up and shower, make breakfast and get ready to depart at the time allocated, which is either 10 or 11 AM. In this time frame, it's hard to get the towels washed, dried and put away as everyone is ready to depart. Lucky for us, we didn't have a time frame since the cabin was not rented but we stayed about an hour 1/2 longer waiting for the towels to dry which still didn't happen. HIghly recommend , Great place and nostalgic it is! Would return.

College reunion

Teal Lake Cabin was a wonderful place to gather for a large group. The spacious family room with the large windows and fireplace is super cozy and the basement is like your own mini-tavern with a bar, pool table, darts, arcade game and jukebox. It provided a great place to hang out since we didn't have great weather. Note there is no dishwasher so be prepared to wash and dry your dishes. We will be back again!

Perfect for multiple families

Great, large home for multiple families. Nice yard, great swimming beach, and awesome downstairs with games to play. Beds were very comfortable. Appreciated having two refrigerators as well as enough seating for our whole group at meal time. The owner was easy to work with. There was a canoe and row boat to use as well as two docks. We enjoyed having dinner and exploring McNott Island one evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and appreciate the owners sharing it with us. We will be back.

Great Quiet Getaway

We were very pleased with this rental. We had three families in our group with kids from ages 2 to 14. The house had plenty of room for sleeping and allowing everyone to spread out when we were indoors. The yard and waterfront are beautiful and we enjoyed the quiet lake. Thank you!
