Loved Our Stay

This was our second time staying at this home, and we loved it just as much as the first! The house is incredibly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with activities and amenities that kept everyone entertained throughout our stay.We had a group of 6 adults and 6 children ranging in age from 2 to 10, and there was truly something for everyone to enjoy. The layout was perfect for our large group, providing plenty of space to gather together while also allowing room to spread out and relax.We created so many wonderful memories here and are already hoping we'll have the opportunity to stay again in the future. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this Flagstaff home! It was the perfect escape from the Phoenix heat and exactly what our family needed. The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could have needed during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, there were plenty of thoughtful extras throughout the home, and it truly felt like a home away from home.Traveling with our two young boys can be challenging, but this house was perfect for our family. They had plenty of space to play, and we appreciated how comfortable and family-friendly everything was. The garage/game room was our favorite part!!! The location was peaceful, making it easy to relax while still being close to everything we wanted to do in Flagstaff. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book this home again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Perfect getaway

This place was perfect for three families. Our kids were in love with the yard. Everything was clean and organized. The house has everything you can think of!

Stayed here with other couples for my husband’s 40th birthday and it was perfect! The house is huge, tons to do, and it was beautiful! We have already talked about staying here again but bringing the kiddos next time.

Something for everyone!

We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed our entire time. We played games inside and outside (pickleball, disc golf) and even set up a small tent for the kids! Plenty of room to eat inside and we brought a table cloth to eat our lunches outside. In the evening we were able to see the Milky Way! And a couple of time we went into Flagstaff and enjoyed the farmers market, planetarium and parks.

This house was absolutely a dream for my family! We had some rainy days and there was so much to keep them busy, they didn't even care. Every game was top notch, and appliances were all top quality. It was one of the best stocked houses we have ever stayed in. The outdoor property was fabulous. So much to do here, you will never be bored. There were 11 of us and had plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was a hit as well. We did the train to the Grand Canyon only a short drove to the station. A perfect family vacation spot! We even saw a herd of Elk next door. Thank you for our lovely stay!!

We were a family of nine staying here – 6 adults and 3 children ages 12, 10, 5. Everybody enjoyed their stay. The game room, trampoline, outdoor games and hot tub (especially the hot tub!) kept the kids busy and engaged. And they loved being able to bunk together in the double bunk room (and I think even got some sleep). The beds for adults were comfortable. There were many thoughtful touches throughout - soaps in the showers, TVs in every room, a make-up mirror, a space heaters inside and outside, extra blankets in every room, wood fireplaces inside and out (fire pit). The hot tub was clean and worked well. Management was responsive and friendly. Kitchen was very well stocked with an air fryer, toaster oven and ice maker. The only appliance it didn’t have that we needed was a slow cooker, but we asked about this before hand and brought a one for our needs.Will point out that the clear-glass range hood was problematic for the couple taller members of our party, who kept bumping into the corners while cooking. Initially we laid some dish towels over the corners to minimize unexpected encounters (and utterances!). Then we put pool noodles at the corners, which worked really well. Noting this so other tall guests can be forewarned and be aware of a workable solution. (We left the pool noodles behind hoping management might put them aside for others to use!)Throughout our stay, family kept commenting that we need to book another longer visit, maybe around the holidays.

Awesome place for our family

This place has it all. For a family of kids ranging from 16 to 4 this place had something to offer all of them. We loved the level entry trampoline, the fenced property, the garage game room was perfect for all the kids and it being heated was great! I think we used everything this place has to offer, from the hot tub, pickleball court, both fire pits, the arcade style games, the large table for eating, the variety of board games and puzzles. It had two living rooms for people to chill and watch something different in both rooms. The TV in the kids room was a big hit. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, plates, bowls. We have stayed in many VRBO’s over the past 30 years and this was the best. It was supplied with all the things you would want in a persons home. Not just one pan, 4 plates, and the bare minimum of everything. We loved it!!!
