Rani was an excellent guest. She and her team maintained the house beautifully and left it exceptionally clean. They followed all the house rules meticulously. I would be delighted to host them again in the future.

Upon investigation, we found that the professional assigned to the cleaning missed an area. As soon as I was informed, I offered to send the cleaner back, but I did not receive any further communication. It appears the client was busy and unable to accommodate the follow-up cleaning. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Moving forward, I will ensure a more thorough process is followed, including a double-check by a second team member to prevent this from happening again. Regarding the hook for towels and coats, it may have been difficult to find. I will make sure to add a sign to prevent this issue from occurring in the future.

Robert and his group were truly outstanding guests. They respected all house rules and adhered to the check-in and check-out times perfectly. Throughout their stay, they maintained the house in immaculate condition, leaving everything exceptionally clean and well cared for.
