This luxurious home is decked in Hampton-style furnishings, blending modern elegance with rustic charm. It features expansive living areas, three beautifully appointed bedrooms & a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. Enjoy river views, an alfresco BBQ area, easy access to local cafes, restaurants & major attractions like Optus Stadium.

We leave you to enjoy your stay in peace, but we are available to answer any questions or see to any issues during your stay. We can be at the property within 2 hours in case of emergency.

East Perth Luxury Waterfront Retreat is ideally positioned in one of the most prestigious areas of East Perth, offering both tranquility and convenience. The property boasts direct access to the beautiful Claise Brook riverfront, providing a picturesque setting for morning jogs or evening strolls. Just across the river, a short 2-minute walk over the bridge, guests can explore a variety of popular cafes and fine dining options, enhancing the local culinary scene.

This location is exceptionally strategic for accessing major Perth attractions. Optus Stadium, a major sports and entertainment hub, is visible from the property and can be reached within a 5 to 10-minute walk, making it ideal for attending events or exploring the surrounding parklands. Similarly, the WACA Stadium is just a 3-minute drive or a leisurely 17-minute walk away, appealing to cricket fans and event-goers.

For families, a nearby playground and outdoor basketball court provide excellent recreational opportunities within a 5-minute walk. Additionally, the proximity to the Chinese Embassy, located just a 5-minute walk away.

Welcome to your luxury retreat at East Perth Luxury Waterfront Retreat, where sophistication meets waterfront living. This three-storey townhouse offers a unique blend of style and comfort, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a high-end living experience.

The ground floor features a spacious living room with a large TV, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning waterfront views. The dining area seats eight with additional settings available, alongside a children's dining table. The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with appliances like a rice cooker, air fryer, and coffee machine. A convenient laundry area with a washing machine and dryer leads to an open-air alfresco space with a BBQ, ideal for entertaining.

On the second level, a large second living room offers additional relaxation space, complete with a TV and a sofa bed that converts to accommodate extra guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a dressing area. A portable cot is available for younger guests.

The third level houses two more bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed and river views, and another with a double bunk bed and a single trundle, accommodating up to four guests. A study desk and armchair provide a quiet space for work or reading.
