This spacious, ground-floor condominium is located in the spectacular, gated, private community of Sawgrass Country Club. Take a virtual tour of our community by going to the Sawgrass Country Club website.

Our condominium is located on the famed East Course, number seven Green. Walk, bike, drive the golf cart (rental fee) 880 yards to the Beach Club. We have a gorgeous water to golf to water view. Live comfortably in our 2000 Square foot, Ground Floor, single level condominium. You will find every amenity you would want in your own home.
Guest have access to our community swimming pool.

We have free wireless internet and a very robust lineup of Xfinity TV channels, including premium.

Access to Sawgrass Country Club amenities and facilities is only available by purchasing a temporary membership directly from the club. Call SCC membership office for details. The club has 27 holes of championship golf, tennis and fitness centers, four swimming pools, and a premier, oceanfront Beach Club.

One of the few beaches that are dog friendly.. One dog under 19 pounds is allowed with prior approval, a modest fee, and a refundable pet deposit.

Our stay was the best! We enjoyed everything. Tom was a great host who quickly responded to our requests for additional daily passes for family members who live nearby. We really enjoyed the golf cart amenity, taking it to the beach several times and also just cruising around.

The location and layout of the condo are great—the living and dining area is large and spacious. However, the reason for my three-star rating instead of five is the condition of the “soft product.” This unit needs some attention and care.The bedding and towels, while plentiful, are worn, and some even have holes. The kitchen is well-stocked but filled with older, mismatched items, except for a newer knife set. The dishwasher could use a deep cleaning—there was food residue left on dishes after a cycle, likely because the food trap hasn’t been checked in a while.There are also numerous extension cords throughout the unit, and it was difficult to determine which lights or appliances were controlled by the various switches.The owner was attentive and responsive, which is much appreciated. My only major complaint is the high damage deposit and the lengthy time it remains held both before and after the stay. The owner should work with VRBO to issue immediate refunds once the rental is cleared, instead of allowing VRBO to hold funds for an additional 14 days.

Excellent, clean, modern condo with all the amenities needed. Perfect sleeping and main living/kitchen space for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for a family. It was perfect and we loved the community we were in! The only glitch we had was that we had a hard time getting thru the gate initiallly as the security did not have our name. One call to the owner and all was good.

Cozy, family-friendly getaway

We have been vacationing in Sawgrass for the last few years with young children, and are so happy to have found Tom and Jennifer’s cozy, family-friendly property. Tom and Jennifer remained accessible throughout our stay, some of which had a soundtrack of drilling and banging due to construction, but the owners informed us and made efforts to accommodate promptly. The owners ensured essentials such as dish washer pods, laundry detergent, towels, plenty of kitchen items, toilet paper and paper towels were available. Beach equipment and pool items like noodles were available as well. They also provided clear home instructions. Requests for pack n play and plumbing assistance were provided without delay. Our children loved the golf cart rides. We hoped for a quiet, comfortable, safe stay. Tom and Jennifer’s hospitality exceeded our hopes, and we look forward to future stays.

Location!

Great property located in the gated Sawgrass community. Be sure to rent the golf cart bc you can use it to go to the beach or nearby restaurants. Property is overall nice, the bathroom and kitchens are showing their age. Beds were comfortable and lots of seating space to spread out family. Recommend property!

Good Value at Sawgrass

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and as described and being able to rent the golf cart was a nice bonus. My Mom lives around the corner and we would gladly come back next time we have overflow guests.

We are from Nashville and have been vacationing at Ponte Vedra Beach in Sawgrass Country Club for 30 years, way before the children were born. We decided to invest in a permanent vacation and retirement home in 2006 and look forward to being able to spend much much more time there now that our boys are in college (Go Vols!).

Ponte Vedra Beach and Sawgrass Country Club allow you peace, beauty, ocean, and privacy in our gated community. And since we are located between St. Augustine and Jacksonville, you have the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment you could ever want just minutes away.
