Vårt tre sovrum hörn radhus har en privat första våningen mästare möblerad med en Kalifornien King säng och kontor utrymme. Vi ligger en kort promenad till det berömda Fairmont Orchid Hotel. Hotellets fem restauranger kan användas av allmänheten. Om du kör ner för en måltid som de erbjuder gratis betjänad parkering.

Stranden vid hotellet är "Kid Safe,"; den är skyddad av ett rev som också ger en utmärkt plats för snorkling. Stranden är öppen för allmänheten, liksom alla stränder på ön. Hotellet har två strandbarer bara några steg från havet, vilket ger den perfekta platsen att titta på solnedgången och räkna de gröna havssköldpaddorna som kommer över stranden för att vila på natten. De är skyddade så att du kan se men inte röra.

En kort bilresa bort ligger vår privata Beach Club med sin egen restaurang och bar. Surfingbrädor, stå upp paddla styrelser och snorklar utrustning kan hyras för rimliga avgifter. Ett rev precis till vänster om den fina sandstranden är perfekt för snorkling och är bara några steg från alla andra bok kul.

Bara nerför gatan från Villa är "Butikerna på Mauna Lani", inklusive en fullservice livsmedelsbutik prissatt för och begagnade gäster och lokalbefolkningen. Fine dining restauranger inklusive Ruth Chris och Tommy Bahama ligger i samma plaza. Butiker som presenterar ö Kaffe och Smoothies gjorda av lokala råvaror är också belägna här.

Sluta på tisdag och kolla in schemat för de fria polynesiska kulturutställningarna. Torsdagskvällen visar elddanser och autentiska föreställningar som visar polynesisk kultur. Du kan till och med få plockas för att visa dina egna hula färdigheter.

Villan är en fem minuters bilresa till sex prisbelönta golfbanor och den bästa sand och skyddade stränder i Hawaii. Hapuna har-röstats "Best Big Islands Beach" och är bara en femton minuters bilresa bort.

Kör tio minuter i den andra riktningen och du hittar din kamera för bilder som ser ut som om de kom från ett vykort. Förmodligen den mest fotograferade strand på ön.

Varierad shopping och restauranger kan hittas på kungens Butiker drottningen Market Place och på Marriott Hotel strax innan du kommer till A-Bay.

Absolute Paradise

This property is in the perfect location. Walking distance to the Fairmont Orchid and the shops. The beach club and pool is great for kids. The condo had all of the amenities and more that you could need.

Fantastic home

We had a fantastic stay at this home. It is so roomy and beautiful. It is beyond well stocked. The beach closet is amazing with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkels…in short everything and more you need. The complex is wonderful; quiet and well maintained with a great pool and hot tub. The host’s communication was timely, clear and comprehensive. We loved this home and highly recommend it.

Blowing into our 60’s like a hurricane!

We had chosen this location because of its proximity to the beach, the pool, and the local food store. It was a gathering of 6 Hawai’i raised friends from high school celebrating our 60th. It was the absolute best experience even though the weather was extreme due to the tropical storm. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen, hung out in the great dining and living room and slept well in the beds. We would all highly recommend this place for family and friend gatherings. The hot tub was an added bonus in the pouring rain!

Great Unit in a Great Location

Amazing Place To Stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our trip to the Big Island! The fact that you have a pool within arms distance and access to two private beaches we couldn’t have asked for anything better! We never really had to leave our area - except for shave ice at the Original Big Island Shave Ice, Co! The home was clean, welcoming, and had many amenities in home that made the stay feel as if we were home. Owners were very communicative and provided us details for the stay that were extremely helpful in planning. We hope to be back again soon - THANK YOU!

Lovely trip

We have stayed in a wide variety of vacation rentals over the years, and this is definitely one of the best! Pictures do not do it justice… the condo is spacious, spotlessly clean and incredibly well stocked. The property owner was responsive, helpful and accommodating. The pool area is beautiful and never crowded. I would definitely recommend this rental and would love to stay again in the future.

We are from the Chicago area. We split our retirement time between Chicago, Walnut Creek in the East Bay and here on the Big Island.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We walk to world class resorts, shopping and dinning and live in a lovely park like setting just steps to the pool but far enough away that we don't hear others having fun.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our Windows and Lanai are surrounded by a wall of baby palm trees that filter the light coming in and at the same time provide privacy. Just past the palms is a three acre park like setting with beautiful flowers on a tree lined path that leads to the pool and to the hot tube. We are close to the pool but never hear the pool activities as the pool is blocked by other units in our building.

Access to our gated private beach club is included with your stay and is only a short ten minute drive. Here you will find a white sand beach in a protected cove ideal for Children. Lots

There are lots of beach chairs and even some cabanas that are assigned daily on a first come first serve basis. Bring a picnic lunch or dine in the private on site restaurant with world class views serving fresh island meals at reasonable cost.

There is a beach house where you can rent bigger beach toys; surf boards, stand up paddle boards and kayaks. (Instructions Included) There is also a concession that arranges dive tours that leave from our beach.

While you are at the beach club be sure to wander back a few steps to the paths that wind through the fresh water ponds and gardens leading to the secluded beaches and the beautiful Mauna Lani Hotel
with its fine restaurants and world class gardens.

If you would play tennis you start your day with a low cost tennis clinic at the Fairmont Orchid. To make arrangements call the hotel ask for the tennis provilian or stop over and ask for Rudy and tell him you are friends with Sue Ann from Chicago. Rudy also has Bikes for rent.

There are free Polynesian shows nearby. Monday and Thursday offer authentic productions featuring local dance companies at the mall in back of the foodland. Thursdays feature the dangerous fire dance as well as Hula performed by local dance clubs. Times are posted at the foodland and do change from time to time.
Just two miles to the south Is the famous Waikaloa Resort with Two full service Malls
