Detta varma och mysiga Mountain Brook radhus har precis rätt kombination av charm med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Beläget mitt i hjärtat av Waterville Valley, ligger det på en säker, tyst, privat gata med utsikt över en X-C-skidspår och en bäck. Parkera din bil och glöm det! Bekvämt beläget, är det bara några minuters promenad till Town Square med sina affärer och restauranger, White Mountain Athletic Club och Town Recreation Department. Det finns också en gratis transfer runt staden och till skidbreen.

Lägenheten har 2 sovrum och ett loft. Det kan sova 4-7 personer, med högst 5 vuxna. Det finns 2 fulla bad. Alla sängkläder - lakan, örngott, kuddar, filtar och madrasser ingår. Det finns en stor (låsbar) skidkåpa strax utanför lägenheten.

Huvudnivå - Det finns ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng. Det finns ett komplett badrum med badkar och dusch. Vardagsrummet har en öppen spis, ett takfönster och massor av fönster, eftersom det här är en slutenhet. Det finns en HD Smart TV med en DVD-spelare. Köket är fullt utrustat och matbordet kan sitta 6 personer. Under de varmare månaderna, njut av däck med utsikt över en babblingbäck.

Second Level - Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng och egen handfat. Det finns en staplad tvättmaskin / torktumlare kombination. Det finns ett komplett badrum med badkar och dusch.

Loft - Perfekt för barn. Det finns en inbyggd enkelsäng och 2 hopfällbara sängar. Trevligt takfönster också. Det finns också en smart tv med netflix.

Detta är en vacker, säker utväg. Koppla av och njut av din vistelse - det finns ingen trafik att oroa dig för!

Aktiviteter och attraktioner - Så mycket att göra!

-Det är fantastiskt utförsåkning på Waterville Valley Ski Area på Mt. Tecumseh. En gratis buss till skidliftarna stannar precis vid slutet av vår gata.
-Det finns en XC skidspår precis bakom lägenheten som förbinder till Cross Country Ski Center på Town Square och hela nätverket av spår. Det finns också dedikerade snöskor och feta cykelleder.
-Inne Ice Arena ligger intill Town Square. Det finns offentliga skridsko sessioner och till och med plocka hockey spel. Hyreskridskor finns tillgängliga. Kontrollera schemat för tider.
-The Town Recreation Department driver många aktiviteter, särskilt för familjer med barn. Ett schema är tillgängligt.

Early fall getaway with our dog

Wonderful location. The walking path is directly behind this condo and overlooks Mad River. The condo was comfortable and clean. There are steps in and out of the condo and inside too.

Mountain Brook for the Win

We had an amazing stay at Mountain Brook Condos for a week in June to celebrate some of our closest friends wedding. Sarah was very responsive to our emails when we were choosing a place to book last fall and on the day of check-in. The location of the condo was right on the walking trail, making it super convenient to get to everything Waterville has to offer. Interior was clean and comfortable for 5 adults and a dog. Would stay again!!!

Wedding weekend!

Amazing weekend! My daughter got married at the Waterville Convention Center this weekend! The condo was great, within walking distance to everything, super close to venue! The property was super clean, would definitely stay again!

Cozy condo

We have stayed in this condo twice now and have loved it both times. It is very comfortable and quiet. There's everything you need in the kitchen and it's very close to the shops in the Town Square and the ski slopes at Waterville Valley.

Great vacation

We loved our stay. The condo was just as advertised, and the sound of the river right outside the property was such a nice bonus. Everything was clean and tidy and we had plenty of space even with our puppy. Great location: easy walk to the town center or to the athletic club. Just a great place to spend a week in the valley.

Great weekend away!

My wife and our three children (ages 4, 5, and 7) had a great weekend! Sarah was great to work with and provided quick, clear communication before, during and after our stay. The condo was perfect for us! It was incredibly clean, well maintained and it had everything we needed. My children loved the loft and the fact they could watch a show in “their room”. We cooked dinners and breakfast in the kitchen and it is was well stocked with everything we needed. The fireplace made for a couple cozy nights, parking was easy and the location close to Town Square and the Athletic Center was ideal. While we weren’t skiing, we ventured out to the Hacienda in Town Square, the Coyote Grill at the Athletic center and managed to fit in 4 trips to pool! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Sarah!

We enjoyed our stay ! Good bed, kitchen was well setup. Fire place was great ! One little hiccup many of the lights don’t work or need new light bulbs. We had a great time and will be back.

Nice, spacious and pet-friendly Waterville condo, close to town center

We're a family of five and a dog... We stayed at this property for three nights during a cold school vacation week... The condo was large and comfortable enough for us... A kerosene heater and wood burning fireplace provided good warmth... It's very close to town center; less than a 5 minutes on the scenic walking trail... Maybe most importantly, the owner, Sarah, is excellent... She responded to our messages quickly and in detail... She proactively provided useful condo information a couple/few days before our visit... We had only one issue: The downstairs neighbors are very sensitive to noise and did approach us once... If you have kids, you should at least be aware of this.

Cozy Ski Condo

This condo is the perfect size for a family of 5 or 6. Cozy, clean, and well equipped with necessities. We have stayed in larger, more updated condos at other ski resorts over the years and our teenage children loved this one the most! Located just a few minutes from the village shops and restaurants and ski area. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this condo for your stay in Waterville Valley!

Well maintained cozy mountain house

Stayed for three weeks at Sarah's property. Found Sarah very easy to work with and responsive to all my questions. The condo, like nearly all in the area, is a little dated but Sarah has kept it nicely decorated. She also had the place very well stocked with good quality shampoo and conditioner, as well as having plenty of soap, napkins, toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen is well stocked maybe the only addition would be another frying pan as one of the ones there was not in good shape There are plenty of blankets and pillows that were mostly on the newer side. The living room area is small but comfortable. The location was excellent with a 5 minute drive to the mountain and the quaint village square was within walking distance The only areas that could have been a little better were things not so much in her control. The house cleaners miss details like light switches and around door handles, and as I am a clean freak about surfaces that lots of people touch, I cleaned them. I would also say the parking is a little tricky as the plowers are not thorough. A side note, if you bring pets, please remember to pick up dog poop, so many of the neighbors do not and it creates a lot of "landmines" to watch out for when getting in and out of your car

Cozy Snow Retreat

This cozy condo was exactly as stated. The location is amazing!-we snowshoed from the back of the condo and listened to the stream off the deck. It was exactly what we were looking for. And the owner gave great instructions and was nice. The only downside or rather making other renters aware if you get cold very easily or prefer the house to be hot then this is not for you. We loved our stay!

Short but great stay

Clean, cozy, great location to the slopes. The only complaint I have is that the mattresses were a tad too soft. Otherwise, Sarah was a great host, and answered all emails promptly. Thanks for a great stay.

Great time!

The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed. Great location with a short walk to town. The cross country trail was right in back of the condo. I would definitely rent there again. Downhill skiing was great.
